Performance Auto Collision did a perfect job on my 2017 Pearl White GT-R. The workmanship and quality control was amazing. They have a five star operation with many very high ended cars in their facility all at one time. I made an impromptu visit during the repair, and from observation they really took the time to ensure the car was clean with no obstruction to add more damage while they were working on the car . As many of the other reviewers has mentioned, their customer service reps were all very courteous and Jeff Thomas, my rep was extremely helpful from start to finish. My cars have been into Performance Auto Collision at least eight times for shopping cart dings, bicycle collisions, fender benders, bumper resprays, keyed panels, it never ends. None of the damage was ever too serious. They have always done outstanding work and returned the car looking like new every time. It's not the fastest shop and definitely not the cheapest shop but they do outstanding work. I really wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Best body shop in Atlanta! I have had the need to take my Titan to Performance twice. To me my truck is not just a truck. I keep it in excellent shape, keep it washed waxed and looking great. Both times when someone hit me I took my Titan to Performance Todd B was my service manager and everything went super smooth. This last time in the insurance company for the guy that hit me gave me an estimate that was obviously low for the damage to the truck. Todd told me not to worry and they would make sure the truck was done right. In the end they had to do double the amount of work that was originally said to be done by the insurance company to repair my car the right way. Todd kept me in the loop every stage of the way. Less than impressed by their lack of customer no service. Took my M37 to this shop Tuesday morning to have a repair quote for damage due to a deer jumping in front of my car. Todd told me he would not even look at the car, 'go get an estimate from your insurance adjuster then email it to me' Friday called him then emailed the estimate. He wrote back saying they don't like my insurance company and to take it somewhere else. Wow really? I emailed him back asking that he speak to the adjuster. He said 'don't waste my time unless you bring me the car and I tear it apart, then I'll call him' Sounds less then professional to me. Can you say being held at their mercy? Since nobody patronizes an auto collision shop on purpose, it's natural that experiences vary with expectations. The short version is that Performance is a high-end auto body shop that does a great job fixing high-end cars which have been physically damaged in collisions. The long version is that - in my experience - insurance companies don't like dealing with Performance because their prices seem to be higher than every other body shop in town. And since most auto collision repairs go through insurance, that can be a pita for a third-party claimant (that means the guy who hit your car was at fault so you're claiming through his insurance company). Four times in the past few years I've had to use Performance to fix relatively minor collision incidents on cars, and every time I've had to fight with the other guy's insurance company (Geico, USAA, Safe Auto) to have them authorize Performance to fix my car. I've always insisted on this shop because I think they do super high quality work that's recognized as such in the area, and a guy there named Justin is probably the world's best auto collision shop front office employee. At 8am on a Monday I received this e-mail from Justin: "We received your Cayenne out of the drop box [over the weekend]. I did not not want to bother you with a phone call too early..." and it goes on to explain the start of the repair process. This was on a car that had never been to Performance, and I hadn't communicated with the place AT ALL about dropping off the car. Needless to say, the repair was completed on time and at highest quality. read more

Dwight provided updates every step of the way and handled everything with the insurance including a supplemental claim for additional damage not identified in the original inspection. The car was smashed in the front and the rear. Trying to decide where to go, I started with Porsche.com. PAC was one of only a few "approved Porsche" collision repair shops in North Atlanta. I read the reviews and called PAC and one of the local Porsche dealers. PAC was professional, informative, and extremely helpful. The Porsche dealer was, well, um, the Porsche dealer. I am so happy I decided to take my car to PAC. The car is back to new, they used OEM Porsche parts (including some mechanical work), and everything was covered by insurance. I truly believe you get what you pay for and typically will go out of my way or pay a bit more for world class service and products. I hadn't been in an accident in over 15 years but 2 weeks ago some silly gal hit my car. My baby. My 2001 BMW M3 that is in ridiculously good condition and that I plan to drive for another 5-10 years. So I started research what body shop I should use. 2 different people, including my mechanic who's the best BMW mechanic in town, mentioned Performance Auto Collision. I researched all I could online and then called them up to discuss. They are not on the insurance company's preferred list and I was hesitant to go off that list. Every interaction from the first phone call has been truly world class. I use that term very sparingly but thus far, these guys deserve it. The follow up call, a few questions on the phone. Then after getting the estimate, I dropped my car off. Michael helped me and was swift, professional, answered every question and concerns, and explained how the whole process would happen. Then, a few hours later, I get a VM and an email from Chris who will be my main contact for the repair. He explained more and just wanted to make sure I was comfortable and didn't have any more questions. He made sure I had his work and cell # and to call anytime. The shop was clean, organized, and amazingly well run for so many people and things going on. And I only dropped off my car today. I'll return as it unfolds and/or when my car is done (will take 2-4 weeks, possibly more - which they explained to me and I am perfectly happy with. I'm fine taking time to get it right. Plus they made sure I had a great rental and all was taken care of smoothly). UPDATE 8/18: Great contact and customer service. Still waiting for all the parts and still looks like a good month to go, but they have been very communicative and very helpful with many details, updating the estimate due to differences, dealing with my insurance adjuster, being extra helpful with a rental and more. Still 5 stars. I expected GREAT work and service.... I did not expect FAST turnaround. Communication makes it all ok (so far). read more

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! My "baby" who has been with me for years without any accidents was damaged when a oncoming driver made a left turn right in front of me. My "baby" was damaged pretty bad on the passenger left front. Well, off to my search for repair. Suggestions from respectable sources all suggested Performance Auto Collision Center, Inc. They were close so I took it to them. Setting up an appointment was simply and painless. Took my car there in the after hours that evening and was surprised but relieved also, that the security system was so responsive. I actually set it off when looking for a dropbox for my car keys. LOL My car was taken in, evaluated and Performance did all the negotiations and fighting the insurance company on my behalf. All I had to do was say, "okay, go ahead and fix my car". From that moment on I had periodic calls with updates and status on my repair which was very comforting for me. When I received the call to come inspect and picky "baby" up, I was so unexpectedly greeted with this near new looking vehicle. Not a scratch to be found! Every working part worked! Ain't that a surprise? I was so happy with everything related Performance Auto. I never had to return for any adjustments or touch ups and me and my "baby" are one again. We have used this body shop more times than we would like. We have had 4 cars repaired here over the last 8 years and every time the work has been outstanding and the service and communications superb as well. Only one time did we develop an issue with the repairs, in which one door was a little harder to close, and occasionally didn't latch properly. Months later we took it back and they adjusted it without question or charge. Best part is that their paint process is beyond excellent. You will notice cars on the road that have been repainted, and at certain angles, you will see a slight difference in tone or reflectivity. Never have we seen this on our cars, dark blue, silver, or white. You can't go wrong with this company, and I would argue, you cant find better. read more
