This is a classist business. I was up front with them about my financial situation and they took advantage of my honesty. I needed a lot of collision work done and I was told that "the boss said it's an all or nothing deal." Meaning they would only work on my car if I agreed to pay them thousands of dollars. When I came in to get my car estimated they were friendly. They quickly got back to me/the insurance company. I was unsure of how it all worked because I had never been an in accident/the other persons insurance company was paying but they were so helpful and answered all of my questions. They estimated the time it would take to fix my car and would update me on the repairs. They were so professional, so friendly and did a great job. And omg they deep cleaned my car it was so sweet. Sun Valley Collision went way above expectations and took great care of me! I was in my first accident and didn't know anything about auto repair and the process. I'm a AAA member and was referred to use them by my local AAA, and was beyond impressed. I needed a lot of hand-holding since I didn't know much about working with somebody else's insurance and how the process would work, and Mo helped me out and answered all my questions along the way. She was super responsive both on the phone and over email. When I first arrived I was there with my 2 year old and Mo was so friendly and kind, even though I was still pretty emotional since the accident had just happened. During the rest of the process I mainly worked with Chad, and he was so great about keeping me updated and leaving voicemails and emails for me when needed. They even made sure that they were up-to-date with the quickest way to get claims filled with Allstate and was able to quickly go through all the supplemental processing. The best part of all this was that I was under a huge time crunch to leave town and was told by friends and family that getting your car fixed after an accident takes forever, but Chad, Mo, and the team worked to not only get me my car back by when I needed it but actually got it back to me two days earlier than expected, and with a nice fresh car wash! I did not want to leave my car here, however my usual mechanic recommended it. They had my car for 1 month and cost a ridiculous amount of money. I had to insist to get my car back. My car was sideswiped only a few months into my new lease. Mazda of Roswell highly recommended I take my new CX-9 to Sun Valley Collision. I made an appointment with them and immediately felt like I could trust what "Mo" was saying. She explained that a quote I had gotten from the Insurer's collision repair company would not be able to match the metallic grey perfectly because they were only using 2 colors and my vehicle required at least 4 paint colors to get the color just right. There were other discrepancies that would cause us to go back to the insurance company. Mo handled all the paperwork and the car came back in perfect condition.
