She was so personable and friendly, and listed to exactly what I wanted, and what my concerns were right at the beginning. She understood precisely what I was going for and NAILED IT with the color. I chickened out on the haircut after all, but I would definitely trust her to cut my hair in the future. The products used were incredible, smelled great and did not leave smells on my hair after the highlights were done. The look is so natural to me and left me feeling confident.
