Clothing boutique near the wait area and on the left side there is a beer and coffee station setup next to the pool table. --Service/Staff-- Staff was friendly, and I had the experience to get a cut from Andres and he helped improved my style and the other staff members helped with rescheduling for future cuts and styles. --Products-- I got some many compliments from my cut and style from Andres. I am a future repeat customer. --Capacity-- I saw 8 chairs for the stylist, so 8 stylist can be cutting at a time. There were about 6 or 7 chairs in the wait area. This place is classy. It's an upscale barber shop, with big picture windows, so you can watch people or they can watch you, as they stroll through the charming "Mayberry-like" downtown. My barber was a hair artist, in the tradition of Leonardo DaVinci. Perhaps that's taking it too far, but she spent more time than I've ever had a barber spend crafting my hair. Very friendly people in a slick, modern shop. The owner is a great gentlemen from across the pond, who even graced my hair at the request of my barber. read more

Not your typical barbershop. Definitely on the higher end with beer on tap and merchandise for sale. However, the cut itself was the most detailed haircut I've received and I could tell the barber was taking her time making sure everything was perfect. Great cut, nice atmosphere and good energy. Gabriel cut a mole off the side of my forehead 2 days before my wedding. Was dripping blood in the chair and would not stop bleeding. Also asked for some more off the top and he said that it was gonna cut into his time. On top of it all the fade looked like I got it from great clips. Had to go get it fixed at a barber shop near me and they did 10X better for half the cost. Not worth the money at all. read more

I love this place. It's in a great part of town, and the space just has this cool vibe about it. My barber is Paige, and she's first rate. She helps you to figure out what you want, and she offers helpful suggestions. She has that rare mix of professional and friendly. If you're one of those people who likes to chit-chat with your barber, she's really good at conversation. If you're in the mood for some solitude, she reads that and lets you chill. This is a review on Management Policy. The staff does an excellent job and am always pleased with the quality of the haircut and service while there. The management has a policy that if you do not show up or cancel within a certain time frame they charge you for a "no-show". Unfortunately, they do not care for their customer's time at all. I just recieved notification that my appointment was canceled which had been booked 2 weeks prior. I immediately called as I was heading out of town for work the day following my canceled appointment and was told sorry. Look at one of our other stores we are fully booked and will NOT accommodate you. read more

Located at the north end of Canton Street in downtown Roswell this location is a clean, modern space with quick access to various parking locations, food, retail, coffee, the beer market next door and the Roswell General Store across the street. They also provide your choice of beverage when you arrive as well as a pool table to enjoy before or after your haircut. While I've had my haircut by a few barbers and everyone has been great, I usually book with Paige if she's available and our schedules align. She does a great job, is easy to talk to in general and is receptive to what you're looking for in the experience while also providing some feedback as need or requested. I've been getting my hair cut by this dude for over 10 years now from Tampa to now in Atlanta. I've seen him work for another barbershop owner and I've seen him build out his own ideas of stellar creation with the The Commodore. I've seen him sand barber poles for hours, bring antique barber chairs back to new life, etc and all the behind the scene attention to details with his concept THE COMMODORE. It's more than just some classic barbershop. He's traveled and taken his pro barber stylist team all over the world from LA, NYC, Boston, Amsterdam, London, etc for ongoing training to remain the best barbers and barbershop in Atlanta. Never in my life have I seen anyone as good as him in this arena because he's so passionate about what he does. If he hadn't moved to Atlanta from Tampa I was on the verge of flying round trip to Tampa just to get my mean foil fade. So, just a brag on my best friend Rob Hopper the creator and owner of now 3 locations in Roswell, Atlanta and Chamblee. With the newest location on Canton Street in Roswell I can say it's my favorite honestly. Regardless, they are all 3 the best barbershops in the Metro Atlanta area and in the USA in my opinion and in thousands of others opinions. I went to the Commodore for my first time today since my regular barber of five years was out of town. Paige cut my hair and she absolutely CRUSHED IT, and I'm picky when it comes to my cut, Not only did she give me an amazing haircut, but she talked me through how my barber has been cutting it and showing me some things that can make it even better, was pretty dope to learn some things while sitting in the chair that was a first for me and I dug it! The Commodore in Historic Roswell is their newest location and is a wonderful high-end barbershop located at the end of Canton Street. They offer a range of services for men and women. Their website is easy to navigate and provides detailed information about the services and barbers. Booking is easiest online. As soon as you walk into the shop the aesthetic is eye pleasing and your nose is refreshed with the smell of peppermint. The music can be a bit overstimulating, but most of the time is enjoyable. I have sat with several of the barbers, (Chris, Gabriel, Gergo, Andre) and all provided me with what I asked for. Refreshments include sodas, water and beer and while you're waiting you can play on a custom pool table, which is a definite challenge. Overall my experience was welcoming and great.
