They appear to be understaffed; only one person working (she was very nice) but she was confused and seemed frazzled. They didn't shampoo at all, didn't have products for any form of styling, and didn't dry it despite me asking him to. On his unwashed hair, he loaded a ton of styling cream without drying it so it just ended up greasier than when we came in. The cut itself was decent.
