They appear to be understaffed; only one person working (she was very nice) but she was confused and seemed frazzled. She understood and set out to do exactly what I wanted. I appreciated that! I was very pleased with the work she did. I've now had the misfortune of trying both of their locations--one for each of my sons--and both visits were a complete nightmare. My sons walked out with butchered haircuts that looked like someone was either guessing their way through it or actively trying to ruin their appearance. And I paid $65 each for this garbage. Let's be clear: these people have no talent, no eye for style, and no clue what they're doing. It's not just that they don't listen--they can't even execute the basics. That's some kind of twisted magic: taking forever and still delivering an absolute mess. And it's not just a lack of skill--it's the complete absence of professionalism. No friendliness, no attention to detail, no pride in their work. At one location, the barber couldn't even speak English well enough to understand what we were asking for, which made the experience even more frustrating. How is someone supposed to cut hair to your preferences if they literally can't comprehend what you're saying? Both of my sons had to go straight to a real hair professional afterward to have their hair fixed--and even she was stunned by how bad the original cuts were. I've seen a lot of bad service in my life, but this was next-level incompetence.
