They didn't shampoo at all, didn't have products for any form of styling, and didn't dry it despite me asking him to. On his unwashed hair, he loaded a ton of styling cream without drying it so it just ended up greasier than when we came in. The cut itself was decent. They even trimmed up his facial hair and eyebrows which was nice. Just lacking on a few steps of service, and they definitely should always shampoo a client when cutting and adding product.
