I got a cold brew and it was very good; grassy and bright tasting. Clearly the place values coffee. Be forewarned, Jola is pretty a pretty busy place. They have about 4 parking spots in the back (all taken) and there's a shopping complex next door. I parked in the shopping complex because there wasn't a sign warning coffee customers not to park there. If you're looking for a Starbucks alternative in Caldwell, this is the place. The staff seemed to be overwhelmed by the amount of people and took very long time to fulfill the order. While the coffee was brewing, he was telling me about the espresso beans that they use. Legit, Italian espresso beans that were of high quality. The space is cute, serving not only great coffee--that's reasonably priced, btw-- but also fan faves like mochi donuts and other, Korean snack foods. There's good space inside so you can sit and enjoy your coffee and treats. It's just overall a nice, welcoming, and quality neighborhood cafe. What's not to love about?
