The spam sammy was good & also their iced lattes! Parking was a bit though during the week day because of school & during lunchtime, the cafe was packed! I'd recommend going after lunch hours and due to street parking. Service was very friendly and it is a nice spot to hang out and catch up with friends! You can work remotely but the tables were a little small and the plugs were limited.

It's a cute little spot, they don't really have much in food but that's okay the coffee is really good and I feel like the prices are actually affordable. The staff is also friendly. I would avoid going at 11:00 cuz that's when all the high school kids are there and it gets a little crowded

This is a cute little coffee shop. It smells amazing when you walk in. I went two days in a row. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The first day I ordered a Turkey BLT w/ garlic aioli, a small iced chai with a shot of espresso-oatmilk-2 pumps of sweetener and a small iced honey lavender oatmilk latte. The latte was absolutely delicious. The perfect light hint of lavender with very subtle after notes of honey. The chai wasn't my favorite. It wasn't strong but it was dense. As in (maybe) chai loose tea being used and the residuals sitting at the bottom of the cup. I came back for that honey lavender Oatmilk latte, this time in a medium and another Turkey BLT. I should have ordered the BLT with balsamic this time for a different feel but I'll do that next time.

Another good coffee spot! lots of street parking available but can get busy on weekends (as usual). There is a good amount of seating inside and ambiance is cozy. Tried their french toast latte which was nice and sweet. One order of latte was missed initially but was rectified right away. Loved their sandwiches and really enjoyed the spam sammy. Simple but so good and satisfying. Tried their ube brownie to which was good. Too bad no more Bois Co. Mooks!

Got to try out cupily coffee while it was convenient since Stephs macaron was doing a pop up and it was such a delight. Cupily latte and cold brew were both delish! Wish I got to try their ube baked goods! They were still making it when I was there around 12:30pm

Came here because there was a pop up for macaroons and decided might as well also try the items from here. Out of the three drinks we got neither myself or the kids were pleased . The iced chai with hazelnut was not impressive, the cupily con leche latte was okay however we had asked for a sweet drink and this one was not it , the lemonade was decent I mean it takes a lot to mess that up. The decor is nice inside, however seating is limited. It's prob best to come here to take out if not you will feel claustrophobic.

Such a cute staple to this neighborhood! Love the flavor add ons, I tried the cookie butter and it was delicious! I love the size of a small/medium and the price point is great! ( not sure what it's considered here but when I asked to see the iced large cup I knew that's not what I wanted lol) coming from a Hoboken coffee goer where a small is (really) small and a large is more like a medium it was great to come to Cupily and have an iced latte to enjoy that didn't disappear in one minute LOL Also tried the matcha white chocolate chip cookie and it was ok, my son loved it. Overall great experience from the baristas to the ambiance- would come again if I'm in town!

Great local coffee shop with a Filipino influenced menu, I'm loving it. All the drinks I have tried have been great and have basically devoured every sandwich and pastry I have tried so far. Super friendly staff and a cute location, it is easily one of my favorite coffee shops now. Personal favorites: the Golden Milk Latte and Super Sammy!

This one has been on the list for a while. So we decided to come north and check it out. The ambience was really nice, there are bar seats at the window which gives a nice vibe and you can bathe in the warm sun. The coffee and matcha were good. Probably too good because I was done too quickly. I also got an almond croissant as I wasn't all that hungry yet. But they do have avocado toast and other breakfast sandwiches. The baristas were friendly and seemed like they knew the locals quite well.

I love cute coffeehouses and great vibes. Steph the owner is very friendly and she's great to talk to and will recommend items if you're stuck on what you want to order especially the selections of coffee. I always find myself stuck between the French toast latte or Cupily Con Leche... iced or hot! Both really good. And I have always been curious of what a MOOKS was and I saw that they offered Boiisco MOOKS cookies so you know I picked up each flavor! My favorite was the pandan but they were all good! Get them early because they go fast! If you like mochi you'll enjoy these cookies! Other items I tried is their Avocado Toast which was good too... more items on the menu I'll be coming back to try. Definitely give it a try. Mostly street parking so bring quarters just in case you stay and chill. Take a look at the art they have on display. And once in awhile they will have Steph's Macarons, she pops up on certain days and they are delicious and the design of the macarons is amazing, so check her out when she comes around!

Recently tried out curly will I was waiting for my dog to be groomed. The coffee shop is a cute little spot to do some oral or meet up with a friend for a quick chat. They also had artwork lined along the wall on the inside which was super cool! I got a French toast cold brew based off previous reviews. It tastes exactly like French toast and is perfect if you love your coffee sweet. They have a variety of coffee flavors that are pretty unique

What a gem. Cupily is a beautiful coffee house tucked conveniently on Franklin Ave. the interior is absolutely gorgeous, just enough room to sit and enjoy your coffee and goodies. They also have some gorgeous artwork on display! I was greeted right away when I walked in and was overwhelmed by their huge coffee menu. Finally I decide on the Cupily con leche which is espresso, your choice of milk and condensed milk. Yummm! It was delicious and just the right temperature. I had peeked at the menu beforehand and saw they had Mooks, which are shortbread cookies filled with mochi. My favorite was the ube flavor. Not too sweet and perfectly chewy. I loved trying out this new treat, what a fun idea. Their drink menu is extensive - from hot matcha to French toast lattes. I can definitely see myself coming back here to try a new drink and one of their delicious sounding breakfast items. Cupily is easily going to become on of my favorite spots.

I was…read moreexcited about this place, big building, bright lights, great picture on the side of the building representing the brand! You have to pay for your parking which isn't an issue cheap and clean parking lot. We made a reservation on the phone for 9pm. As we walked in we were greeted by a very nice young lady. Looking around they have 3 floors, the first is a bar/lounge. The 2nd is where restrooms are and the 3rd is the rooftop! It was a beautiful night so we were in the rooftop, they had a dj ( he was playing all the latest and greatest music) we were quickly seated and asked about drinks and appetizers. So folks there was 2 hiccups during our Visit BUT I will say this ( the STAFF and Manager exceeded our expectations while dealing with one of the issues. So the first issue was I explained to the waiter I'm a Diabetic and I am Allergic to Seafood. I said " please Diet Coke and sparkling water" so I can drink it with my whiskey . The wife had several different tequilas . We waited for our appetizers, within 10 minutes my fish tacos came out I looked at the food and asked my " is this fish???" She said "yes" so I ate 1 it looked like a chicken strip but the 2 nd one was 2 piece and I asked my wife are you sure she said " yes" I took a bite and ate half of it. I looked down and seen something orange I broke open the food and I said " this is shrimp !!?!?!" I then called the waiter called the manager and sent my wife across the street to Walgreens for Benadryl. Folks I afraid for my life!!! It was my wife's birthday and here we are about to run to the hospital ‍! But the manager and waiter were excellent!!! Kept checking on me making sure I was ok and thankfully I was!!! Next we started eating our appetizers and it started raining so we waited around by the bar had some more drinks. They came to us and told us we can go downstairs to eat and enjoy the evening and we did!!!! The DJ started doing his thing and we started really enjoying ourselves! Folks I recommended this place without a doubt!!!! They are considerate, empathetic, understanding and best of all Concerned" about their customers health and wellbeing! Then to top it off they gave us a 50% discount!!!!!!!! We were so happy about this I left the waiter a $63 tip'!!!!

Parking is also highly convenient. The menu is extensive and I can't wait to go back to try everything they have. There are the classic breakfast items of course, but they also have some innovative dishes or familiar dishes with a spin. I ordered the jerk chicken pasta which was spicy, so flavorful and also a great portion size. Others in our party ordered pancakes, which were so fluffy, eggs, fried chicken, fried catfish and more. Everything was fried to perfection and the catfish tasted like it had literally just jumped out of the ocean. Our waiter was super nice and we had a big party so I'm sure it wasn't easy. My only suggestion is that they make their hot drinks hotter. Other than that, I'd seriously come back every weekend.

READ FULL REVIEW!!!…read more March 2026: First time at this establishment was just ok. Hosted a very small get-together here (5 guest). Atmosphere was nice. Music was wayy too loud to hear the person you're sitting next to. Food was tasty and fresh. Coffee was good with great creamer selection (at the time). Our server was my least favorite part of this experience. He was over the top with his energy and upscale tactics (pushy with getting us to order extra drinks and appetizers despite declining). I was hosting this event and did not need him selling us after already being told "no, thank you" twice. It was awkward and ultimately changed the vibe. He hardly checked on us after that encounter and we constantly had to remind them about request that were never brought out to the table. Staff needs to be trained better. This was just an ok experience. April 2026 : What ultimately lead me to write this review was my 2nd experience at this diner. The server was a lot better than our first experience, but we did run into a few too many problems. First, we ordered coffee and are informed that per managements request, we can only have half-half or cream with our coffee. Previously they had French vanilla creamers and other flavored creamers but I guess management decided to save on the additional cost. This was a bummer especially realizing that they could easily afford creamers. This restaurant easily pulls at least $150,000 per week in revenue, so I didn't understand cheapening out like that. I still ordered the coffee. When it came to the table I added the cream into the cup only to find something floating in the coffee. I send it back and ask for a new cup, which the server politely provided. We order our meals and all goes well. Eventually two of the three meals come out and we wait for the final plate to come out. It's common courtesy to wait for everyone to have their meal before eating, so we wait. We wait about 6-7 minutes and the final plate comes out only for it to be cold. All of us ordered breakfast, so you can imagine trying to eat cold egg, potato, and sausage. We ask for the waiter, but before he could get to us the manager passes by and we let him know the issue. He takes the plate to the back and about two minutes later he comes back with the same exact plate. Before the manager arrived to take the plate away, I saw the guest split the egg half and add black pepper on everything so we knew it was the same plate and food she started eating off of that was reheated onto the kitchen grill where other food is being prepared for guest. The manager informs us that he had the chef heat the food up on the griddle and that it should be a perfect temperature. We refuse to accept the plate because it was reheated and not remade entirely. We were shocked that this was the solution even being offered. Reheating food on the griddle seemed unsafe (contamination risk, diseases, illness, etc) and offensive. No one pays these prices to have reheated breakfast served to them. I could've just made that at home for a fraction of the price. We politely refuse the reheated plate and he apologized and took the plate to the back. The server comes over to see what the issue is and we explain everything. He says that he will look into it and take that meal off the bill. Now I'm frustrated because one out of the three of us aren't eating anything and the experience was off. At this point, I'm not eating my meal but the 3rd guest is eating. So the guest who sent their plate back and myself are waiting for the 3rd guest to finish their pancakes. He ordered a stack of 4-5 chocolate chip pancakes and was happily eating away at layer by layer. Eventually he gets to the last 2 pancakes and before he adds syrup he notices what appeared to be an eyelash or short piece of hair imbedded in the pancake. Picture of the clearly imbedded hair included with this review. He immediately stopped eating and looks sick. He had already eaten 3-4 pancakes by then and the idea that he ate more of whatever that was felt unnerving, to say the least. We both start looking to see what he's looking at and long behold the hair was there. At this point we are extremely frustrated and completely over this experience. Management did not make this experience right even after addressing all of these issues both separately and together. I felt like my money was not valued and my business certainly wasn't. They did nothing to remedy these issues and I will NOT be going back to this establishment. This restaurant may look visually beautiful but the service is not. Staff needs more training, music needs to be turned down, chefs need to wear hairnets and everyone needs to follow safe food handling skills. You're putting your guest and your business at risk ignoring these issues. I really really wish I had a better experience.
