I have no freaking clue and no valid reason not to use a repair center like this place. Maybe I'm conditioned to take my products only to apple and let them suck every last dollar out of my bank account for repairs. Bravo to apple for making me think only they can fix my products but I'm no longer fooled by that marketing tactic. Thankfully I decided to trust that someone has the ability to repair my apple products other than apple. I took my iPhone XS Max in for some major repairs; front, back and battery. Alfredo was up front about costs and turnaround times. I was explained my options and dangers of trying to save a quick buck in the long run. I trusted the Jedi Masters recommendations and my trust was not ill placed. My phone was masterfully repaired and warranties explained clearly. I'm super grateful to have come across this business and will most certainly call again if I need any electronic repairs. I didn't realize they even do video game consoles so next time I get freaking controller drift I'll call to see if they can fix that type of annoyance that seems to plague new gen console controllers. INEPT!! Sized my rings WRONG!!! Can't even size a ring?!…read more Update to first review: I had to spend $6k at a reputable jeweler to fix my rings & get the setting I wanted. In doing so, I found out that I am wearing THREE (3) different sized rings thanks to Forever Jewelers sizing them wrong!!! I wear a 5.5. They made the new setting in a 6 & charged $600 to size my band but its a 7.25!! I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card & they argued it. I tried emailing them & they argued that I didn't give them a chance to fix the sizing issue. After making a ring I did not want, TWICE & screwing up the sizes, why would I trust them with my stones again?! I am so upset with what they did & their lack of customer service that I am filing paperwork to sue them in small claims court. I begged them to please take their incorrect setting back & they refuse to even answer my request. Instead, they show me a CAD drawing & claim that's what I ordered. They claim they have a receipt saying they made a 6 3/4. 6 3/4!! It's a 6 & a 7.25! They never showed me the CAD drawing during the order process!! I never knew one existed till They used it as their 'defense' with my American Express. BEWARE! Go to a certified Jeweler instead. if they can't size a ring, what else Can't they get right?
