I gave her the timestamp my email address and the subject matter she glanced at the computer for a second and repeatedly, telling me in a rude on professional matter. She did not receive my email. I then proceeded to tell her in a polite way. I then told her the email went through. It was in my sent box and I did not get a failed mail notification notice. She proceeded to tell me she hasn't received it. This was the second time she insisted I did not send her the email. She was very very rude and unprofessional and then her son chimed in and started screaming at me in a very loud voice. I don't know how to use my cell phone I know how to use my cell phone email label was sent it's in my sent box and I did not receive a fail. Notice. They proceeded to scream and yell at me told me never to come back into the store, threw me out and proceeded to phone the police. I would advise anyone to use a different shipping company in Warwick New York. They are extremely unprofessional rude. I've never in my life have been treated like this. She proceeded to tell me that there's complaints about me on Facebook, I told her I think she has me mistaken with someone else I've never been on Facebook. She proceeded to say get out. I'm calling the police. Apparently she has been mistaken for someone else. I try to explain it but realize how crazy and inappropriate she was acting and walked out of the store. I then phoned track 7 ships Eileen, Patterson answered the phone. They had no idea I was recording the conversation again they her and her son, screaming at me, telling me that they did not receive any email don't ever come into the store again, and I tried to tell them that the phone calls being recorded but they were both screaming so loud and over talking me that they didn't realize it was being recorded. I believe this woman has psychotic issues and her son I've believe they should not be in this business handling customer service. I am traumatized and devastated about the way she treated me and I'm thinking about suing her for harassment. read more

I purchased some things from an auction house who referred me to Track7 to get shipped to NYC. I contacted them, detailing the items, for a quote. They replied that they could not quote with out picking up the items, but "would be happy to return them if I was not happy with the price". I said it was fine to pick up but that I wanted to ship them the cheapest way possible. They replied next day with a price for packing and separate shipping by UPS or Fedex Ground. I ship many things my self, and checked price by USPS which was less than 1/2 of the shipping quoted. I asked if I could pay them for the packing and send them my own label if they could not use usps. "We do not allow that" was the reply. Ok, fine...I asked them to take back to the auction house, still offered to pay the packing, then got several snippy messages that they had already dropped off, insinuating I was trying to stiff them for the packing! I was worried from reading some of the other reviews that the stuff would not be packed well and broken, but it was so absurdly over packed, a box with in a box and everything folded into huge sheets of stacked paper, an lot of waste. read more

But what even worse instead of trying to resolve the problem and at least apologize they just said it happens and that in their mind was the end of the story. But in fact it's not. I don't know about these negative reviews. I have found Eileen and her crew to be very helpful. Plus I don't think that this is an easy business to run. People are returning stuff and often take their displeasure out on the shipping place. I do find it funny that they have these giant hamper-like containers where different carriers items go. They are usually outside on the lawn. Being from Manhattan, I know that this is a quick way to have all the pkgs stolen. But out here, it seems to work just fine. read more

I mail my Amazon returns from here and I have only been met with the best of service. They try to do everything for me (tape, labels, etc) and if I had to wait for only a few seconds because they were helping another customer on the phone, they apologized for the wait. I have never had an experience like going to Track 7. The woman in charge verbally assaulted me from the moment I got on her property. I had a return via FedEx. The package was delivered to me by FedEx. As I was bringing the package in, She said it was "Way to Heavy to take. It was 60 lbs. As I tried to explain who delivered the package. She cut me off and said FedEx won't take it. She was Rude and unprofessional. I called FedEx and had to drive to New Jersey to ship the package by FedEx. I would be embarrassed to have employees treat customers in that manner. I strongly recommend using other shipping locations. read more

Track 7 is the only place in Warwick to do your shipping. Twice, these guys came to my rescue- with prices and services that can't be beat!! The first time I received outstanding customer service was about 3 weeks after my eldest daughter began college about 3 hours upstate. She called me, sick with a terrible cold. I prepared her a few containers of homemade chicken soup and froze them, then headed down to Track 7 for suggestions. Betsy exclaimed "I've got it!!" then disappeared into the back- only to return moments later with the perfect sized cooler another customer had left behind :) My daughter had her Momma's soup the very next morning- thanks to Betsy at Track 7!! Our second remarkable experience with Track 7 was when the same child got her first apartment- now 6 hours upstate at her new school. She needed all her "stuff" from home - from small appliances to soy sauce and everything in between. The box weighed about 125 lbs., and my husband mistakenly called another Warwick shipper to tell them we were on the way, and clearly knew he didn't call Track 7 when he was received with an attitude, like he was bothering the people, and a price quote that sounded like a car payment!! We packed the box in the car- headed to Track 7 and were received with the most helpful services I have ever received from a shipping company- EVER- and I have been an eBay seller since 2000- I ship a lot. Ken priced the box and offered to tape it up much better than we had for no extra charge, but soon realized together with Betsy that if they repackaged the box into smaller ones, and did things a little differently- I would save a lot of money. So more time for them- and less money. This, my friends, is OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE ~ and that's not really something you can put a price tag on- however if you must- AT PRICES THAT ARE A FRACTION OF THE COMPETITION. read more

Went to Track 7 based on a recommendation of a friend. Not only was I impressed with how pleasant they were to deal with, but they went out of their way to find me the best way to ship returns I had from the holidays! The fact that they are so active in the community (with their support of the Humane Society, collection of food for the Warwick Food Pantry, collection of toys for the Angel tree, etc), it made me feel good about giving them my business! They are also a drop off center for UPS, USPS, DHL and Fed Ex, so that makes it so convenient too! On more than one occasion, a package that was sent was misplaced or, unable to be delivered (due to the carrier) and Track 7 made sure that we were covered and that everything got delivered to the right place. The 1 stars are inaccurate representations of this business. I use Betsy and Ken for work all the time and I've never ever had a problem. Just yesterday I dropped off an obnoxiously large box full of letters (for a mailing, there were 57 envelopes) and Betsy was great about getting them all out and e-mailing me a receipt - which included the names and addresses of each letter I mailed out and I was not expecting that. I'm so grateful for this business. They save me so much aggravation and time since I never deal with the post office anymore. I've also never found them to be expensive - in fact, I've wondered how they even manage to make a living. But anyway. Betsy and Ken sure won't give you a cuddle and a kiss when you walk in the door, but it's a mailing center - how friendly do you expect them to be? They get the job done and they do it well and in a timely manner. And the more often I go the warmer they receive me - welcome to a small town. That's how it works. read more

We've had a great relationship with Ken and Betsey. They were even kind enough to extend to us some credit when the economy turned sour. BUT...they then disclosed the existence of our credit line and the frequency with which we picked up our mail with a member of the public. Not cool! Quaint little place to ship something or to send a fax. The woman at the desk was very friendly (actually it was kind of Mr. Rogers-esque). Multiple deliverymen dropped by and she knew all of them by name, as well as another customer who came in behind me. Very neighborly. I had to send a few faxes but I only had a credit card on me and Betsy (she introduced herself) let me use it for all of two bucks, which is nice. She also sent another fax for free when I realized I was using the wrong number. Totally better than going to Kinko's. Will recommend. read more
