It is rare that we get out this way on a weekday, but since we were, we had to come try out Ralphie's after hearing the raves from my Yelp buddies Christina & Donald J. and Ray N. We were not disappointed. Look for the daily specials board because everyday has something unique cooked up by the chef. I saw the shelf of Chicken Empanadas and knew I had to have one or three. These are some of the biggest ones I've ever had and tasty too. From the specials, we also ordered the Grilled Salmon Fillet, which was topped with Pesto Cream Sauce served over rice and the Boneless Spanish Grilled Chicken Thighs served with rice & beans and sweet plantains. These 2 we saved for dinner. For lunch, my wife & I shared a Seared Ahi Tuna Steak BLT sandwich with Wasabi Mayo. This sandwich hit all the notes. The Ahi steak was almost an inch thick and perfectly seared! They were also generous with the bacon. It was just a great sandwich all around. My only regret is that we mostly get out this way on the weekends, when Ralphie's is closed, but now that my son works out on the Island, I'm going to have him come by here to pick up dinner more often!

Thick piece of salmon which they smoke and combined with bacon and runny egg (and a maple aoli). If you love chorizo, go for the Chorizo Smash, you wil not regret it! Their smash burgers are cooked perfectly, juicy, and the flavor mashups are sending your tastebuds on a journey! They have something for everyone here, and you can't go wrong!
