The day I go on vacation was the day I was supposed to pick up my monthly Percocet but my flight left earlier than the pharmacy was open so I tried to get Turok to send me my meds to where I was going. I had multiple problems getting that done so I came home in alot of pain and extreme stiffness. His office then sent a much smaller dose and smaller quantity of my medication and I kept asking why and all I got was Dr Turok leaving nasty messages. Then I receive a letter that starting Jan 1st 2023, his office was no longer prescribing opiods and left me with NOTHING to hold me over AND still no reason why he, for the 1st time ever reduced my meds without reason! I now find out he lied to me, that letter was a complete lie and he has been prescribing opiods without interruption! STILL NO EXPLANATION and now he has blackballed me as no other pain mgt doctor will give me what I need, give me any opiods at all and some won't even see me!!! I not only have advanced DISH but now need a 4 level fusion in my neck, have Shmorl nodes eating away my lumbar spine and this POS doctor could care less! On top of that, he talked me into getting Testosterone implanted in me last year without any care that my BP spiked so high that I almost stroked out and refused to take any responsibility. Moreover, I found out after the fact that when I thought I was getting epidurals for my neck and back, they were either trigger point injections or nerve blocks. As others have pointed out, Turok is nice when you're giving him the high priced injections and other treatments that he can make the most money but if you mainly need pain meds to function and you cause any issue on getting your meds, he'll shut you down and lie his ass off! Avoid this POS! It's too bad I couldn't give a 0 Stars.

I have dizziness and can't function normally He did not even tested me on the visit, just briefly looked at the eyes and said follow the pen Said the the tests will be performed by the stuff in the office but not him!!!! And as per the office stuff the test can't be scheduled before 2 weeks from the office visit as insurance not going to cover it!!! What a Joke ! Called the insurance and they told me it is not true!! Stuff and doctor is very unprofessional! Turok said that his physical therapist can do vestibular therapy but apparently he was not trained to do it at all ( as he told me himself) Wanted me to do the ultrasound if the arteries but there person only comes one time a month Asked him to give me the RX to see another ultrasound office- refuses to do so I would stay away from this office Going to complain about this doctor:(

Ever since he left, this place feels like it's just a front for a pill farm. I just got out of the hospital after a really bad pain issue from a car accident. I was there for three days and after being given deluded injections and more ( at the hospital my blood pressure was 213 / 109 for many hours while the hospital tried to get the blood pressure down, 2 days later, the hospital tried get me off the injections and tried 15 mg of oxycodone. that was not enough so the hospital upped the oxycodone to 20 mg every 4 hours. That was good enough relief that I could tolerate it. the hospital gave me 20 5 mg oxycodone to add the 15 mg oxycodone that I already hade from this pain management facility to give me time to get an increased dose. This pain management place( advanced diagnostic pain treatment centers ) will not even let me talk to dr ligham, and told me if what I have is not good enough i can go back to the hospital. refusing again to do anything that was not on a scheduled visit. I have to wait over a week for my next appointment, and don't know what will happen when I do go on my my next appointment. They would not schedule me to see dr ligham for months so I could review the amount of medication.

For what, I have no idea. The receptionist said, "they are just creating your file.". Eventually I saw a nurse who told me she was going to ask me some questions and to just answer yes or no, and not to explain anything to her. After that, I took a drug test in an absolutely disgusting bathroom. At that point, I was a little confused because I don't take drugs. I was referred to this place by my APRN because she thought they did physical therapy and medicine management. I was never offered physical therapy here. When I finally met the provider, it was on a zoom call. I waited in a waiting room for an hour and a half to see someone online? I could do that at home and not have to miss work. The provider said that with my pain level, opiates could be prescribed. I told him that I was not willing to take opiates, and I was not aware that this is what this would be about. We settled on a different medicine and I agreed to come back another time. The second time I came, again I came 15 minutes early as I was told to do and was still sitting in the waiting room an hour later. The receptionist wanted me to sign a paper saying that I consented to be prescribed opiates, and that I would take a drug test, etc., even though in the previous discussion with the provider, I made it abundantly clear that I will not take opiates. Then another person, not sure of her qualifications, sat me down and took my blood pressure. She asked me some questions about taking a urinalysis for opiates. I said I'm not taking opiates, honestly I'm not even sure why I'm here because I only take muscle relaxers as needed, not even on a regular basis. She completely ignored me when I said that. She sent me back to the waiting room. After 45 minutes of sitting there in the waiting room, I go to the receptionist and ask her how much longer it will take because I've been sitting here since 2:45 PM. She proceeded to tell me that my appointment was not until 3 o'clock. I said yes, but I was told to get here at 2:45 and it is now 3:30. She kindly tried to reassure me that it wouldn't be too much longer. So I went and sat down for another 15 minutes and at that point is when I said I'm not doing this. This was a complete waste of my time and money both times. Horrible experience. My only regret is that I didn't snap a picture of the disgusting bathroom to post with this review. But also, I was forced to sign a form saying that I would not take pictures of the office.
