We chose Mount Juliet Granite and Quartz for our Townhouse remodeling including kitchen countertop, backsplash, master bath, and second bath. They are a family operation working out of the industrial park area on Lebanon Road behind Enterprise Rent-A-Car Taylor Murcia handled the consulting on quartz selection at a Nashville showroom/warehouse, pricing, templating, and final installation. Freddy the owner handled the fabrication. Handyman and jack-of-all trades Randal Smith handled the plumbing de-install, carpentry, and faucet reconnect. They worked smoothly as a team including extended hours and weekends to get the job done. And cleaned up as they worked. We selected Calacatta River quartz (resembles high-end marble) for the kitchen with a single bowl stainless sink and Gemini non-porous quartz countertops for the baths with undermount porcelain sinks provided by Mount Juliet Granite and Quartz. Tip: Save $$$ and choose 2 cm (vs 3 cm) for bath countertops. See 3 pics

It took almost two years to settle and we only got back a fraction of what it has cost us to remediate the various issues. It has been three years since they began work on our house and we continue to find issues with the work that they did. Literally NOTHING was done right... Not even grouting tile in the bathroom or laying laminate floors, which are two of the easiest things that any company can do. Their labor team is under-skilled, unqualified, unlicensed, and undocumented. They are also poorly supervised and left to do the job without anybody watching to make sure that major mistakes are not made. There's way too much that went wrong for me to list here, but I would highly suggest that you pass on IKB and find somebody else to do your work. You should also know that many of the positive testimonials on their website and their Google reviews were written by friends and family members.

He did something completely unheard of in the home builders world, he kept us informed of prices a need costs and worked with us during COVID because things were unavailable or the piece had gone up.
