Maggie and Bill are most welcoming, and their farm is serene, expansive, and private…read more This experience was like none other that I've experienced. Any pre-session jitters quickly dissipated once I was in Mojo's presence. I've been around many animals, but being in Mojo's presence felt unique. When I'm with other animals, the energy is quite scattered. With Mojo, I felt present and content. There was a mutual understanding, a knowing. I felt as if there was an invisible thread aligning our energies. Mojo's energy was present and non-judgmental, and thus was mine. I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 35. I am now 42 and take medication that helps significantly. However, at this time in the day, the medication had worn off, yet my focus was razor sharp, and I was very calm. I've only experienced this when I'm in a flow state; either creating artwork or meditating.  It was an absolute joy spending time with Mojo. I felt safe, extremely relaxed, and peaceful; a zen-type state. I was not expecting to feel so wonderfully and immediately differently in my body and mind. It was an incredible experience that I recommend to everyone; especially, children and/or adults who grapple with everyday anxiety, ADHD, and/or those who simply want to feel more present.

When my husband Alvin and I retired we were so looking forward to spending the rest of our lives…read moretraveling, going to the beach, antiquing and just spending time at home together which we loved to do. But our plans were abruptly destroyed when Alvin was diagnosed with a very rare fatal disease with only months to live. Our future was demolished, and my heart was devoured with sadness. With his life soon to be over, I felt like mine was as well. All of life just stopped! All that I could emotionally see was darkness. It was like a huge black wall that I could not penetrate nor climb over. My situation was too overwhelming to tolerate, so I broke down. I was devastated and emotionally spent. All of my family gathered around me in an effort to comfort me. They asked what they could do or what I needed? Through my crying and despair, I finally got the words out. My response was, "I need to talk to a HORSE!" I knew myself well enough to realize what would suffice. I have always been more comfortable around animals than people. Actually, my very first friend was a tall mare named Bay Lady and we were besties! Imagine a tiny little girl leading a huge horse by the reins to the barn. What a sight! Within days of my break down my considerate children made an appointment with Maggie and the herd. Equine Epiphany is my earthly salvation! The horses are so intuitive, so calm and Maggie possesses the innate ability to know what you need and when you need it! After Alvin's passing, I still mourn, I still cry; after all I'm still human. But the darkness is gone. That black wall has been alleviated with the assistance of Maggie and the herd. They are a great team! I do not wish to envision my life without them! So, thank you Maggie, Priya, Fiona, Mojo, Pie and Reno. Friends are our chosen family and you all are now a big part of mine. See you again soon! Patty Everhart

When my dog Harley needed parathyroid surgery, we were in a very scary and urgent situation…read more Another hospital told us it would be weeks before they could operate. After I explained how serious his condition was, Quartet Veterinary Hospital stepped in right away. They understood the urgency and had his surgery scheduled within the week, which gave me such relief during an incredibly stressful time. Dr. Gallagher, Mary, and the entire care team treated both Harley and me like family. They kept me informed every step of the way, worked closely with my regular veterinarian, and made sure everyone was on the same page. Their communication was proactive, compassionate, and thorough -- and they even checked on Harley after he came home. Their facility is spotless and truly top-notch, but what stands out most is how deeply they care. I will always be grateful for what they did for Harley. I highly recommend them without hesitation.

Dr. Oldston took care of my kitty and was very caring and understanding. She explained his treatment plan and medications very thoroughly. I would recommend this place for your pet. Just be aware that there might be a wait for ER services. I do trust that your pet will get the quality care that it deserves.
