We needed an emergency vet. They were open at 10:30 at night & told us to bring her as soon as possible & they would be waiting for us to arrive. Annie had pneumonia & they saved her life!!

No one wants to take their fur baby , dog or cat for emergency care on a holiday but that's exactly what I needed for my dog on Thanksgiving morning. I'd never been here and called ahead. The gal Kelsey was so kind and empathetic and explained the process and initial price exam and told me to come on in. I next met the vet tech , Kristin who was equally kind and put us in an exam room. A little later we had the pleasure of meeting Dr Jeffries. She took her time explaining what might have caused my dog's diarrhea and her advice and plan of care. Vet tech Daniel was also very kind and gentle with my dog who's a large German Shepherd. They did a blood draw and gave me results that all was good there. I'm so grateful for everyone we met and their help on the holiday. They know what it means to give exceptional customer service from start to finish and have a great smooth process.

Eye problems get you a visit to the vet.

Quick response, and conservative with treatment. Nice proactive capable staff. The absolute opposite of Banfield.

The assessment and examination was extremely thorough and very detailed. Dr. Shults recommended Low Level Laser Therapy for Piglet's leg as well as some home exercises for other muscles. Dr. Shults didn't mind sitting with me until I understood everything that was going on. Piglet was thrilled to see LeighAnn each and every time we went for her laser therapy. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by LeighAnn with enthusiasm and kindness. Unfortunately, Piglet had to undergo 2 more surgeries on her leg. The recovery from those surgeries has been made easier by Dr. Shults and LeighAnn. Piglet was given cold compression therapy as well as laser therapy after surgery. After 2 weeks, Piglet went in for a re-evaluation and we went home with updated exercises and goals. Dr. Shults made several recommendations on how to make the exercises fun for Piglet. Dr. Shults and LeighAnn have made Piglet's recovery easy on both Piglet and I. The care and attention that Piglet has received has been absolutely fantastic and reassuring.

So its again about them. Not about the pet. There are other reviews describing Dr. Silverstein as arrogant, controlling, and disrespectful (if not flat out antagonistic) of patient's wishes so this is a thing w her. I know everyone worships the ground Dr. Silverstein walks on, but I found her incredibly arrogant (in a condescending way), mean-spirited and judgmental. She doesn't listen to patients either, she didn't listen to me. I know my dog doesn't like certain acupuncture points, he will scream out in pain. I told her, it was in his notes. She did them anyway, right in front of me (I know she knew bc she taunted me after the fact) and then told me that "veterinarians don't like to be told what to do." Neither do I, is she more important than I am? She made my pet scream out in pain. To me, that translates like: who cares about your pet, I should be able to do whatever. I think it's a narcissistic mentality, of people thinking they should be authority over you, instead of working with you and giving the respect they so readily demand, usually undeservedly. There are no gatekeepers when it comes to loving your pet. All I wanted was to keep my pet comfortable but she put her own ego above that and that's unacceptable. Everyone here did. I had high hopes. I couldn't have been more disappointed. It's just another place that wants you to be a sheep, dressed up in holistic clothes. There are cameras in every room and they don't ask if it's ok either. Yeah she may do things in the community, but that doesn't make how she intentionally hurt and scared my pet okay at all. I take behavior over reputation always.

Dr Catala was also able to find my cat a good low calorie prescription food since she's so overweight. Since she's been on that food, she's steadily lost weight and has gotten so much healthier. I also used them to board my kitties while on vacay and they were wonderful. I'd highly recommend this vet as they truly care about our animals' wellbeing, and it shows. The facility is nice and clean, everyone there is kind and polite, and they do a great job.

They DID NOT tell us that it could cause a "paradoxical reaction" in my puppy. When we described the symptoms they then prescribed MORE of the same medication for him. We finally did our own research and found out that these meds were causing this reaction. And if we hadn't mentioned the possibility of this, the vet would've had no idea. Then when we confronted the HEAD VET at this institution about these problems. I was given NOTHING but excuses and justification for their mistake. I was then told that we were making it a bigger deal than it was. Shortly after, the HEAD VET had a MELTDOWN in front of his paying clients. He REFUSED anymore advising (probably for the best) and then proceeded to walk out on us and slammed the door on us. READ THIS and understand that if this is how the head veterinarian treats his patients, he should NOT be allowed to preform any kind of medical practice. And I strongly advise you stay as far away as possible. If they cannot handle being told when they made a mistake, then they should not be responsible for the wellbeing of our pets. UNACCEPTABLE

Their groomers are horrible. They seem to be nice with NO EXPERIENCE. The manager at the Cary, NC location was the one who groomed both of my dogs and it was terrible. This is after me spending over $200. In December, I took both of my dogs to be groomed. When I picked them up, I wasn't able to take a really good look at them until I got home. They had not cut the dogs underbelly or their private areas in the back. They did cut the hair in or around their ears and one of my dogs faces hadn't been cleaned under his chin. They missed cutting their toenails. When I called back to let them know, they suggested I bring them back for grooming. Because I had to go out of town I was not able to take the dogs back immediately for them to clean up the areas that they had not taken care of. When I came back from out of the country, I called them just to get a refund. I was told it was too late and I could not get a refund. This comes off the back of me sending them pictures and showing them the terrible job that they had done. I even called customer service twice and was told that someone would respond back within 24 to 48 hours. It has already been over a month and no one has followed up. I should have known it was going to be a bad experience when I took them in a month earlier to get their nails clipped and one of the groomers cut too far and caused my dog to bleed. The manager had to come over and take care of it. Look at the pictures that are attached and you can make up your own mind.
