This review is way overdue! Kenny, the owner of this biz is the best! He has replaced my convertible top on two Audis for me. There's an issue with Audi tops where the window in back is made into the top as one piece and the window has an adhesive that wears out and the back window will fall out and requires the whole top to be replaced not just the window! If u know about German cars u know everything is expensive to replace even a lightbulb! I was quoted a price at audi for a new top and the amount exceeded the value of the car! That's when I found Kenny. He installed a new top and I love the looks and I can't imagine Audi could've done any better. I can also tell u Kenny is reliable and stands by his work! I have called him with concerns after the work and he was responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend this business! read more

I found Kenny to be very prompt and thorough in the installation of a new top for my 1998 Porsche boxter. He was very meticulous and paid a lot of attention to detail. Wow... Kenny, The Convertible Top Man near Atlanta, Georgia does amazing work! I'm very particular about my car so I called an internationally known company near Atlanta who recommended Kenny, The Convertible Top Man. Kenny lost time because we received a defective product from an aftermarket company. Therefore he had to remove it after several hours of work. Then we waited an additional month for the OE top from the dealer and he didn't complain or charge me for the additional hassle / work. Kenny also noticed minute details in the top that I would have not noticed. He provided the lowest price, responds to text messages and emails, and provides amazing quality and customer service. If you are reading this review, I am sorry for you as it is likely your convertible got damaged or slashed . Well, mine was the latter after parking downtown for an evening. To my dismay and when I returned to my beloved car, my rear view mirror was sitting next to it. How nice of the crackheads who broke into it! They stole my no-name brand GPS (Insignia) and slashed my convertible top, but left my mirror ripped out in the parking lot for me! So, after getting insurance and all that jazz sorted out, $1800 later I was searching frantically for a reputable person to fix my car. After all, this happened in the rainy season of May, and driving around with a trash bag covering my top was not exactly something I wanted to be doing for that long! LOL! I found it with the Convertible Top Man. He specializes solely in fixing convertibles (you would never guess:) as it is a really tough, time consuming job I learned (it took him literally all day to replace my top). Kenny was professional, reliable, and actually came to my home to fix it! Amazingly, I initially spoke with him on a Thursday and he was at my place Monday morning... Pretty damn good turnaround time for someone who has to order the top and all. Furthermore and to put your mind at ease, he is registered with the Better Business Bureau. If you unfortunately happen to get your top damaged, a lot of sketchballs are going to tell you that they can do it for cheap. Though just my opinion, I want someone who is going to do it right even if it costs a little more. However, after checking with about 4 different people, Convertible Top Man (aka Kenny) was a couple of $100 less expensive than the initial shop I went to for an estimate. You will be pleased with the job he does! I am! My car looks new (minus the few scratches and dents, but that is another story). read more

Not sure how my wife found this guy... Kenny. She called him earlier this week and made an appointment for him to come and replace the top on her BMW. Made appointment for 8 AM, was actually a few minutes early and pretty much stuck to his five hour estimate. He is the consummate professional and does really, really good work. Kenny is excellent to work with. I had him replace my Crossfire convertible top last year for a very reasonable price. He told me it came with a warranty. I contacted him a couple of weeks ago about an issue either seem of my top coming undone and asked to put in that warranty claim. He had me send a picture and knew through his experience that the whole top needed to be replaced again. He told me he'd order the part and contact me when it comes in. He's now just replaced my top free of charge and even informed me of another issue to get done and I will use him of that in the future as well. He even used his experience to help me patch the other issue he discovered until I could afford for the real fix. He's honest, knowledgeable and professional. Kenny came out and replaced my Boxster convertible roof in one day. He found a great deal on the roof - getting me the higher quality acoustic roof over the original that I had. My old roof had the plastic window, which had become cloudy and ripped. Kenny did a fantastic job - took him about 4 hours and the roof is awesome. He's very friendly, and knows his business. His price was very good and he came right to my home in his company van and switched the top out with a perfect replacement in about 2 hours.
