We ordered dinner for the family and tried several dishes so we could sample a bit of everything. There were a couple bright spots (the onion rings and ranch were excellent), but overall the meal fell short of expectations. Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich - This was the biggest disappointment. The chicken breast was extremely thick and had a grainy texture that made me wonder if it was chicken breast with rib meat. If that's the case, it gives the impression that quality isn't a priority. The breading also fell off with almost every bite, and the sandwich wasn't well proportioned (one oversized tomato slice that wasn't cut evenly). Most importantly, it didn't taste like Nashville hot at all -- more like "Nashville not." Shrimp Po' Boy - Below average. The shrimp had a slightly fishy taste, and the bread didn't resemble proper po' boy bread. The greens were a spring mix, which felt like an odd choice. Traditional shredded lettuce would have worked much better. I've had po' boys in Louisiana, and while I wasn't expecting complete authenticity, I was expecting something closer to the spirit of the dish. This version missed the mark. Smash Burger - Probably the best of the three mains we ordered, but still just average. I've honestly had better smash burgers at chains like Shake Shack. Sides: The fries were great. We ordered the beer cheese sauce, which was fine but not necessary. The onion rings were the standout -- perfectly crispy with a clean bite. The homemade ranch served with them was excellent. Overall, I really wanted to like this place more, but the food didn't deliver enough for me to return. read more

Stopped back to try some more menu items. Tonight it was the chicken cordon blue sandwich and drunken Taylor fries. The beer cheese was not the best and the pork roll a bit too chunky didn't make a perfect bite. As always they rock the chicken sandwiches out of the park. Juicy, tender, full breast, breaded and crisp. Flavorful ham and nice honey mustard. Keep it up Coop - we will keep coming back and trying different items. read more

Note: they have new hours--Thursday to Saturday from 11-8pm and Sundays from 11-6pm--I hope they update this on Google soon. Aside from that, the food is fantastic, with large portions at a reasonable price. I appreciated that it wasn't overly cheesy or greasy. The cheesesteak is made with ribeye, offering a different twist, while the buffalo chicken cheesesteak features small cubes of chicken, setting it apart from the typical chopped style. We also enjoyed the mozzarella sticks, Nashville, and regular, with the Nashville not being too spicy. My friend tried the shrimp tacos--they disappeared before I could snap a picture. We ordered takeout, though there is limited seating with only a few tables available. I'm excited about this place and can't wait to try more dishes. read more

A new sandwich shop has arrived! Born from Rooster & The Chick, this restaurant provides a wide variety of specialty sandwiches. Anything from Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich to Pork Italiano Sandwich. The menu has poultry, pork, fish and beef options. Some pretty unique sides like the Drunken Taylor Fries. I purchased the Fried Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich and the Patty Melt with bacon. Also a side of the Nashville Hot Mozzarella Sticks, which I believe are a special right now. Both sandwiches came with fries. I also got a side of herbed ranch, which was delicious. Overall nice experience. Everyone was friendly. Only item that I would have enjoyed more is the Chicken Sandwich. In my opinion it needed more salt or some type of seasonings. A little dry. Again solid place to try and enjoyed the variety of the menu. read more

The most welcoming of family owned/run sandwich shops, everything about COOP is a pleasant surprise. The sandwiches themselves are packed with freshly made ingredients, on a good roll. Couple that with great fries that come with each order and you have a perfect meal; taste, size, package. First time ordering here and I wasn't pleased. We ordered the tenders and fries, the fried chicken sliders ( Nashville Hot and the Maple whiskey bbq bacon). Now the Uber Eats guy was great order arrived quickly and with a smile but back to the food. Maybe because they were closing soon but it's no excuse, the chicken on all dishes was overcooked (rubbery) and very (and I mean very) greasy. The fries had potential but greasy like the rest of the food and the onion rings were so greasy you could ring out the grease. Sad to say but very disappointing as a friend recommended us to them. Don't know if I would try again as I do believe in second chances but after a first impression like that I would be hard pressed to get it again. Oh yeah I ordered with Uber Eats and the cost with tip was $54 without delivery fees. I will not leave pictures because I've already tossed the entire order but I have to say it looked very pleasing to the eye too bad everything else didn't follow suit. Crab cake sandwich and fries were delicious! Highly recommend the onion rings with homemade ranch dressing!

The portions are huge. Quality of food is phenomenal. Staff friendly and fun. Cool aesthetic. Wish they had air conditioning.
