I tried to call their phone number to request a refund, but the call went straight to voicemail... They have decent food, but frankly, they need to get this issue under control. But I also am not in the restaurant business so who knows maybe this isn't that unusual. It was just a bummer to go for my birthday excited to try certain things, only to ultimately end up with a chicken Caesar salad (which was still good though!).
