The environment is welcoming, the staff is friendly, and the food and drinks are always warm, fresh, and delicious. Today there were two younger employees working. The young woman was handling orders, making coffee, and even going into the back to prepare food. She seemed pretty overwhelmed and honestly looked like she was doing the majority of the work on her own. At one point she asked her coworker for help with a customer at the front. He made the drink, but when the customer mentioned it was incorrect, he appeared frustrated. She immediately stepped in, calmly corrected the mistake, apologized to the customer, and made sure the order was done right--all while keeping a smile on her face. She answered questions easily, stayed kind and professional, and even managed to take care of what appeared to be a family member who came in, without letting it affect her work or service. She continued to apologize for the wait and stayed attentive to everyone despite being clearly very busy. Overall, the service was excellent, and her work ethic and attitude really stood out. This place really impresses me, and customer service like what she showed today will be one of the many reasons I will continue to return.

We got several kinds of their delicious cheese and consumed it over the next many days of our trip. We live in Los Gatos and were delighted to learn that they sell their cheese at the Sunday Farmers' Market in Mountain View. So after returning home, we phoned them a few days before a Sunday with our order to pick up at the Mountain View Farmers' Market . The advance order is advisable since at the market it is first-come-first-served and you favorites may sell out before you get to their booth. When we got to the Farmers' Market around noon and picked up our order, we were told that it was good that we pre-ordered since several of the cheeses we ordered were already sold out (except for our reserved order).
