Oooooh Menchies!!! One of my FAVORITE Ice Cream/FroYo places even though I absolutely horrify my friends with my order. (It's just a little of 6 different FroYo's with chocolate syrup, all flavors of popping boba, recess peanut butter syrup, cookie dough, cheesecake pieces, and Oreos. Soooo understandably so my order is borderline absurd lol but that's just me. I love how they have SO many tart options, sweet options, and they are constantly switching it up!!! To me? No matter how full I am there is WAYS room for a sweet treat aka FroYo!!! The service is beyond great!!! The girl I always see at this location with my friend is SO sweet she gives us sample cups to test out different flavors for custom orders that might be deciding! However I almost ALWAYS know which ones I want to try without sampling them lol 9/10 they're delicious! I love this location because not only is it clean, great service, wonderful tastes, but the size difference compared to other ones I have been to really seals the deal! I will always come back to this one through and through for my dessert as it is around everything and who doesn't love some delicious Ice Cream or Fro Yo as a dessert or a refreshing sweet treat on a hot July day!!! read more

This isn't a BAD place, BUT, it could be much cleaner and more sanitary. I get we all get to use the toppings but there's got to be a better way of keeping the tiny ladle separate, somehow. The workers (usually one or two at most, are always friendly, the times I've been inside. Not great selections but a hoppin place in the summer for the youngin's to cool off! read more

I have to say I am so disappointed that I didn't know Menchie's was local to me until now!! I left a review back in 2015 in Folsom. Whenever we were in that area, we would stop at Menchie's! I guess this one in Riverbank has been open for a few years. Where have I been? Living under a rock, apparently. The Riverbank Crossroads parking lot is extensive and has a lot of businesses come and go. So, maybe this is how I missed it? Nevertheless, I just wish the owners would have done more advertising (sent out a coupon or two in the mail, or something!) Please note: A lot of the businesses advertise in the little booklet that comes in the mail for Modesto residents, including businesses that are in this same Riverbank shopping center. Hopefully, you (as a fellow Yelper) have not missed out too! No time like the present, to make up for the past, right?! Anyway... like I stated before in my other review, they have THE CUTEST spoons!! It is my favorite part! Usually, they have pink spoons or green spoons, like their signature colors. However, I saw some deep blue spoons too. Couldn't make out the shape. Curious if they are the same shape as the others, which are a little Menchie's character with a yogurt swirl for a head. Dole pineapple is still a fav, and I cannot wait to try the banana flavor made with real Nilla Wafers. I was perusing the internet to try to find something on Menchie's website, when I came across a "savings/reward" app for Menchie's. At first glance, it appears to be only for iPhone. I was so upset! Relax though... It is also available on Google Play. Whew! Gotta quit Yelping, so I can go have some Menchie's froyo!! ;) read more

I started coming here with my friends in high school and this became one of our regular hang out spots. Now whenever we come home from college this is one of our top places to meet. I love the owners here, they're great to talk to they definitely remember their customers. I always enjoy the variety of flavors they have available too. read more

We love Menchies. Not only is the service good but they have really great flavors. My husband knows the owner and she's very nice. We tried a new flavor they had it was the toasty marshmallow omg 10/10. It's always clean when you go there. I honestly think they have better service than yogurt mill! I wish I took photos but the froyo dane and went so fast lol. Thanks Menchies for always being so kind! read more

I am basing my review only on the Dole Pineapple whip, not the yogurt. I do not like yogurt and would not come here if they did not have Dole Pineapple whip. As you can surmise, I do not like yogurt. What I really don't like are the exorbitant prices that yogurt shops charge. Yogurt must be like crack to those who love it. At least that is what it seems like to me with all the ridiculous pricing. For that I have to give them one less star. I prefer Menchies over their local competitor who shall remain nameless. They both sell Dole whip, but their competitor does not have it on a daily basis. Hence the reason I come here when I need my Pineapple fix. read more

Such a cute yogurt shop!! I always would see it when I went to Panera as it's right next door. So one day after my kids school I took them for a treat. Wow I was super impressed the minute I entered the shop . It was very clean & well set up . They have you antibacterial when you enter the business. Then we got our cups and went to the yogurt. They had so many great options!! And omg there was tons of toppings! So many yummy toppings!!!! Lady who was working was very friendly. I think this is my favorite yogurt shop. This is a great fro-yo spot! There's many flavors to choose from and a huge variety of toppings! I've been here before when they have Dole Whip, which is my favorite! It's also neat that their spoons are one of the safe plastics to re-use, so don't toss, just wash & save for camping or something! read more

They always have new flavors. We ordered a bday cake as well. The owner was quick to let us know she can do whatever want . She did. We did nightmare before Christmas and it turned out perfect. The owner knows us now and is always so sweet. The employees are awesome always helpful and cleaning up around the place so it's always and clean. Kid and family friendly. Menchie's is my only go to place for frozen yogurt! Way better than Yogurt Mill in my opinion. Their frozen yogurt is so creamy and so flavorful! All of the flavors they have on rotation are delicious and they have like every topping available to choose from! I also love that they have a rewards program! Every time we go in, the employees and owners are so friendly too. Love our local Menchie's! read more

This frozen yogurt shop is just the cutest! They have sugar free & gluten free options as well as regular frozen yogurt. The inside seating is very small, but they have patio seating as well. Menchies has other options besides frozen yogurt they have Açai bowls, smoothies a bakery sections & over 30 toppings to name a few. The customer service is always friendly & inviting. The frozen yogurt is priced by weight. I hope if you are in the area you will give this cute little shop a try. read more

Our family's favorite desert spot. Menchie's is clean, with a good variety of fresh favors that regularly rotate. The favors they offer are delicious. They also have a wide variety of toppings that make their yogurt even that much better. Staff and the owner are always friendly and will offer sample cups when requested. I have watched them deal with demanding customers professionally and kindly. Yogurt is priced appropriately and is affordable for a family. Would strongly recommend! read more

This is our favorite place to visit for froyo. There are so many options but not overwhelming. The options for toppings are always spot on. My kids love it, but so do the adults. The owners are the kindest people I've met. The workers have always been super kind as well. It feels very welcoming as soon as you come in. Great atmosphere with good people ans a yummy treat. This place is amazing! Super clean, always stocked and always has nice employees that are willing to help with anything. My brother and I taylor are always going into here and are always greeted. Satvir and Sunny have an amazing business running here and are constantly serving us with great service. The yogurt is also fantastic and always tastes fresh. Located in the Crossroads Riverbank Plaza, next to Chevron and Panera Bread. Lots of parking available. Grand opening today JULY 4th promo, free and unlimited toppings. Otherwise it's 57 cents per ounce. The topping bar is on point. I love how they have more than the usual and actually have good stuff like sliced almonds and KitKat. Social distancing floor stickers. Hand sani on wall and counters. They give you gloves to use prior to serving!!! Overall, very clean, nice staff and I'm impressed. Have been waiting for this place to open and happened to be at the place next door on its opening day. We went in to get frozen yogurt and check out the flavors they had. A lot of really good yogurt options (dole whip, original, and cookies and cream are the ones my husband and I tried all very delicious) as well as good topping options. Social distancing was easy to follow as they gave you gloves to use. They also gave us free yogurt due to it being opening day/Fourth of July which was so generous and a really nice surprise. Highly recommend this place, please support this business! read more

Elana at Menchies in Riverbank has been the most pleasant customer service experience I've had in a long time. Just came in for the first time today! It was a hot day outside and was in need of something refreshing as I had just gotten off of work. First thing I see is this Menchies yogurt spot that I had no idea was here, so I decided to give it a try. I went in and was welcomed immediately, it felt nice inside and was handed my cup with gloves. I also asked for any recommendations, but chose the pineapple as it's always my go-to choice! Words cannot begin to describe the amazing taste of the yogurt. It was sweet, cold, and refreshing! Will definitely be back with my friends. read more
