This was my first visit to this location. It's located in the Fountain Plaza with several other businesses. They share a large parking lot. I was greeted immediately upon entering and met with friends on the outdoor patio. The ambience indoors was great, and I liked that the patio was mostly shaded. Our server was Zoe, and she was absolutely fantastic! She had such a warm and friendly personality and made sure that we were happy and that my special order was correct. I ordered a vegetarian burger, and it was absolutely delicious. Even better, was Zoe's recommendation for the sweet potato fries. They were excellent. Our food came out very fast and was served hot. Called to see what their wait time was so we could eat in person and was told they had a twenty minute wait, so we ordered online and went straight there. The food was already soggy and the restaurant was more than half empty. Not worth the hype regarding their gluten free options or quality. I ordered the crispy chicken salad with the ranch dressing on the side. The chicken was just cooked so it was hot and juicy and very tender. The chunks of tomatoes and cucumbers were fresh and tasty. Of course I ate the chicken first then the chunks of tomatoes and cucumbers. When I got to the lettuce I noticed I had way too much brown lettuce in the bowl. So I started separating the brown lettuce from the rest. I know this happens at times but the quantity of the brown lettuce was overboard so I told the bartender. She asked if I wanted the kitchen to make me another salad and I said no thank you. I told her to let the kitchen know the chicken was fabulous and so were the chunks of tomatoes and cucumbers. The manager came over and thanked me for letting him know. The manager went above and beyond by removing the salad from my bill. Excellent Customer Service!!!! My mom and I had a very nice lunch on a Friday afternoon. I have Celiac Disease so it's extremely important that they take my food allergies seriously. I had the salmon BLT on a gluten-free bun. St. Louis CITY SC was hosting Nashville SC this evening; we wanted to be at the game in person, but couldn't get there, so we expected to watch on Apple TV; I called Corner Pub and am glad to report that Corner Pub has many sports channels, including Apple TV and Major League Soccer / MLS Season Pass!! I recently moved out here and wasn't able to get the chance to try this location. Finally It was suggested while I was out with my girls and I was very happy with the end results. The three cheese was the best choice and my friends agreed that this was one of the best places we've been. The quality of food is great and you're getting some good portions as well. My friend and I had lunch at the Wildwood location today. We both ordered the grilled cheese and soup special. She got the crazy baked potato soup (which she pronounced excellent) and I got the French Onion soup. It was the "Soup of the moment". It was excellent too with a generous cover of cheese and croutons. Service was excellent when we arrived at 12:30 to a very busy restaurant. Our drink order was quickly delivered by a very polite lady. Her name is Hannah and she was hustling because of the crowd. The grilled cheese sandwich is really creative with Havarti and goat cheeses, arugula and bacon on sourdough bread! What a great winter treat. This restaurant is crowded for a good reason. The Nashville in a basket came with boneless chicken and waffle fries with pickles layered in queso and sauce, I asked for buffalo sauce with the chicken as well. The chicken was juicy and tender and cooked to perfection, and the sauce and queso really elevated the flavor, the waffle fries were somewhat under seasoned. The chili and potato skins were average and what one would expect from a diner. The french dip, pub chips, and regular fries were average and what you would expect of pub food. The queso burger was brilliant, it was quite juicy and unique in flavors, with fried jalapenos, and a light yet flavorful layer of queso and tortilla chips, additionally the sweet potato fries were exceptionally seasoned, and had great flavor. If you're looking for an American cuisine pub and grill that has something for everyone, and has good service and an inviting atmosphere, you can't go wrong here, Corner Pub and Grill even offers a gluten free menu for those with Celiac's. I had the salmon bowl which was very good, but I substituted for cauliflower rice that may have been a little overkill on the cauliflower since the vegetable medley had cauliflower in it. We order delivery (Through DD) all the time for The Corner Pub & Grill. We like the Ellisville and the Kirkwood locations. The only thing I wouldn't order again is their fried chicken. It is Gluten-Free but tastes awful. We have had a lot of FC and this has to be the worst. Live and learn! All of their other food is outstanding! We started coming to this location at the start of football season. We love coming on Sundays to enjoy lunch and some camaraderie at the bar while we watch our favorite teams every week. We have been trying different things for lunch each time we have come, but we do have some crowd favorites. I went here in January for happy hour with my cousins, and it was amazing! We didn't get drinks, but the apps were delicious. We got fried pickles, pretzel sticks, potato skins, and spinach artichoke dip. I don't eat bacon, but my table enjoyed the potato skins. The fried pickles came with a yummy sauce and were perfectly crispy. The pretzel sticks were fluffy, warm, and great alone or with the queso. The spinach artichoke dip was my favorite and it came with some warm pita bread that complimented it perfectly. Our waiter was very helpful and the service was great. They weren't very busy at the time, because it was right after the busy holiday season and was a Monday afternoon. However, I didn't feel like we were rushed out or watched too closely by any means. Waffle fries were not a good choice as they were way overcooked. The French dip was good and the sauce was good. Made a good sandwich. Our waitress was very cordial, not rushing us to order.
