Used to be a go-to spot, but Sybergs has really slipped lately. The food just doesn't have the flavor it used to -- everything tasted flat and under-seasoned. The chips were the biggest letdown: stale and way too sweet, like they'd been sitting out. Service was fine, but the food quality alone made it hard to enjoy the meal. I really hate to complain, but here we go... The food has been pretty mediocre lately, and my last visit was disappointing. I was charged an extra $1 for a slice of cheese on my Syberg's Chicken sandwich and another $1 for ranch, both of which had always been included before. When the sandwich is already $15, those extra charges definitely stand out. To top it off, I paid with cash and didn't get my full change back. I was short $0.65, which was frustrating. Came here during happy hour with a group of people. Lots of space on the bar and resturant side with plenty of parking. Hostess greeted us upon arrival and we were seated immediately. They have a few apps and a pizza on their happy hour menu. A few beer and drink selections as well. My go to is always wings, chicken strip salad or a chicken wrap. Since I came during happy hour, I decided to get nachos. Good came at a decent time and we dug in immediately. People enjoyed the food for the most part. My son didn't care for his pizza or the pretzel bites. He is very picky about those 2 things. He absolutely loves stl style pizza, just not from here. I ordered nachos and they were OK. The put the cheese on the bottom then the meet on top. Tuner was different but not bad. I wouldn't order the nachos again, just not my style but not bad. We absolutely love Syberg's, and over the years we've visited several of their locations. Out of all of them, the Chesterfield restaurant has become our favorite, and for good reason. It's consistently the cleanest location we've been to, which makes the dining experience much more enjoyable. Even though it isn't the closest to us, we live in St. Charles, we still find ourselves choosing this one almost every time. The extra drive is worth it. As for the food, it's reliably great, especially if you're a fan of their signature wing sauce. Their menu has a lot to offer, but the wings are definitely the star. One piece of advice I'd give to anyone ordering chicken dishes, though, is to request the Syberg's sauce on the side. During our visit today, we made the mistake of having the sauce mixed in with the chicken, and it ended up being absolutely drenched, so much that we could barely eat it. We literally had to tap each piece on the plate to shake off the excess sauce, which you can probably see in the photo. It didn't ruin the meal entirely, but it's something I'll definitely keep in mind next time. Other than that small complaint, everything else about our experience was wonderful, as usual. The service is consistently top‑notch; the staff is friendly, attentive, and efficient. Our food always arrives quickly and comes out fresh, which is something we really appreciate, especially on busy nights. One item we always order, and highly recommend, is their fried pickles. We've tried fried pickles at lots of places, but Syberg's version is one of our absolute favorites. They're perfectly crispy, not greasy, and they pair amazingly well with their ranch dipping sauce. It's become a must‑have appetizer for us each time we dine here. Overall, we always enjoy our visits to Syberg's, and the Chesterfield location continues to exceed expectations. Despite the minor issue with the saucy chicken, everything else, from the quality of the food to the cleanliness of the restaurant to the excellent service, keeps us coming back. Easy peasy catering order for carry out. I was hosting an event nearby and needed food everyone loved, at a decent price point, and enough to feed a crew of 30 people. Their party menu was the way to go. They have all kinds of options of ordering food in "bulk" and different meal options. I went with 2 "feed the team" meals which served 30 people. Each meal came with 3 pizzas, wings, toasted ravs, and their signature house salad. It was a hit! Lots of happy/ full bellies and some new lovers of Sybergs. Sybergs is a regular stop for me. Always crowded with a weight, but bar space is usually available. Great food, great service. Jen was our bartender/waitress for the night. Arrived around 10pm after a concert at The Factory. We ordered 10 chicken wings with ranch dressing and pretzel bites with cheese. We went with the mild Syberg's sauce for the chicken wings and it was the right amount of heat and seasoning. Enjoyed eating the chicken wings. I have given this restaurant chain so many chances. Their food is okay, and they give back to their community with fundraisers for people in need. Unfortunately, I've had several less-than-stellar experiences at this location. Anytime I've gone there, at least one person in our party can't have what they want to eat, because the restaurant "just this second" ran out of whatever was being ordered. It happens almost every time. Actually, this happens at every Syberg's I've ever been to. This particualr location is right next door to Chesterfield Marcus Theater, and we wanted to have lunch before seeing a movie. Our waiter was extremely friendly. I ordered the seafood salad, which the menu described as follows: "Syberg's House salad mix topped with fresh jumbo shrimp and crab." On paper, it sounded wonderful, but when the waiter brought it out, I saw immediately that there was no crab at all in the salad. I was looking forward to lump crab meat, and what I got was Surimi, which is artificial "crab." Surimi is made by chopping up some type of white fish, usually pollock, and making a gelatinous paste. The paste is then flavored to make it taste like crab meat (it doesn't), then formed into sticks or chunks, and dyed to resemble crab meat. It doesn't taste like crab, because it isn't crab. It's actually pretty nasty. The only good thing I can say about this salad is that it was massive. If you're going to serve Surimi, fine, but please don't lie about it on the menu. I never would have chosen that menu item if the description had been honest. I sat and waited for my family to finish their meals, so we could get to the theater and I could at least have popcorn for lunch. Our waiter never checked on us asking if the food was okay, and when he took our plates, he made no comment about the fact that my salad had barely been touched. It looked exactly the same as it did when he brought it to me, because I couldn't choke it down. This was kind of the last straw, and I doubt I'll be going back. read more

A sports bar so you know you have to go with what they are known for. Our amazing waitress who's local to the area was super friendly and helped us decide on wings and even offered samples. It's our first time and they said WINGS WINGS AND MORE WINGS! So that's what we got. We got three sets of six wings for three people. We got the trash wings, Syberg's sauce and sweet chili. The trash wings are double fire meaning fried and tossed in sauce then fried again. While they were super crispy and delicious felt like I wanted some extra sauce on them. But the blue cheese and ranch helps it's the issue. The syberg sauce wings were our fave. It's a mustard base sauce so had a tang instead of heat but we couldn't stop eating. If you wanted more heat the sweet chili packed a punch but tasted so flavorful as well. We also opted for a dinner salad which was dressed to perfection and the Mac and cheese. I'm glad I got it as a side instead of a meal because it was to rich for my taste so a small portion was perfect. Went went here for a business lunch. Immediately you feel the warmth of this place. Sybergs is decorated with sports figures and fish. I never thought of it as a sports bar but it is full of TVs for you viewing pleasure. The hosted greeted us. My server checked on us frequently. She made sure all of our needs were met. Erin was awesome. I never had a burger from Sybergs. I decided to try one. I got the Sybuger. It was delicious. The subconscious were great. There is plenty of parking. Went to the Chesterfield location. My husband ordered fish and chips. The fish was extremely greasy and looked like a fish stick. I ordered chicken tenders, they were fine but I didn't get the sauce I ordered and was mostly done with my meal when we were able to get her attention. Our server spent a lot of time with the table next to us (either friends or coworkers). We will try Sybergs again but a different location to see if it's better. I'm very conflicted with my review, because some things were 5 star and others were 1 star. That's why I've settled on 3, right in the middle. This was our first visit, and our first impression with the host was almost enough to turn around and walk out. She came off as a very stuck up young lady. She was sitting lazily behind the counter, everything but professional. She looked up, from I think her phone, and in true Mean Girls fashion, she glared at my wife, and looked her up and down with the most judgmental look on her face. She didn't greet us or welcome us. After an exaggerated examination of my wife, she sighed "how many?" As the other host walked us to our seats she let out a half snarky laugh and sarcastically said, "enjoy." The restaurant was clean, but very close quarters. The tables are so close to each other. I felt like I was sitting with the family next to us. That's really where the bad experience ends. The rest of our experience was pretty standard. Our waiter was great. He was efficient and checked in on us regularly. The appetizer of pickle chips were the best fried pickles I've ever had. They were crispy and delicious, and the dipping sauce was even better. It's similar to a Red Robin campfire sauce, but better. I really enjoyed the pork tacos too. I will give it another chance and maybe try a burger. I really don't know what the host's deal was. I hope she gets additional training. read more

I had lunch today with a friend at this Syberg's location. I've eaten at this Syberg's before and I truly enjoyed their Lunch Specials. But this time the lunch special was the Slider with shoe string potato's. It sounded really good. However the slider was very very salty and it had two patties. The fries were soggy and very salty as well. I can usually eat anything brought to me that I ordered but this time I was very disappointed. The waitress was wonderful! I'll lead off review #554 by saying there was no hot water available in the men's room around 8 PM on the evening of March 12. Not a great setup at all--how exactly are your employees washing their hands, let alone your customers? Anyhow, upon looking at the beer list, I found one that's typically only available out east--Yuengling. I ordered it, only to be told it was only available in the future. Why is it on the menu now, then? I order the Syburger, subbing onion rings for the fries. Several of the onion rings were cold. It's like they had a few left over from the previous order and then fried up a fresh batch and used some of them. I thought the bun was overly dense. The ranch seemed thicker than most homemade ranches. The other members of my party ordered a pizza...they offered me a slice. It did not taste like real cheese on the pizza--it was strongly reminiscent of Velveeta. Our server was friendly but that was about the only good thing. DNR--Do not recommend. read more

My husband and I went to Syberg's on a Saturday evening. It was busy but we were seated almost immediately. Our server was awesome! She was sweet and checked in on us regularly. We started with the buffalo chicken dip and it was very good but then I got a bite with a huge piece of fat. I am kind of weird about meat to begin with so this was a big turn off for me. However this is a part of eating meat so there's not much you can do about it. For my entree I got the chicken tender salad. The ranch was super thick and hard to mix into the salad.
