I've been coming here for almost a year now for all my cat's medical needs. Dr. Logan and the techs are always great, friendly, and treats my cat well and with respect. The prices are amazing and lower than most places. They always notify me of the services they might perform or any recommended products and make sure I have a say in what I want done. Last year, just a month after I adopted my first pet she got fleas. Since I was new at caring for a fur baby, I didn't know about the flea preventatives. I sought out Corner Vet because all the doctor at Banfield from Petsmart did was prescribe an anti-itch that didn't kill the fleas. After seeing Dr.Logan, I found out my cat was allergic to flea bites and she was able to get proper treatment. I'll always be thankful for Dr.Logan and the whole team at the Corner Vet because my cat lost a lot of fur due to the allergic reaction. read more

I am amazed by this office. We have been to see Dr. Logan twice, once for the dog and once for the cat. She and all the techs are amazing with our babies, and their prices CANNOT be beat. I drive here from downtown Dallas because it's more than worth it. Last time I was in there they even let me know that a service was not needed and gave me the option if I really wanted it. I LOVE honesty! Dr. Logan was so great with my tabby and got his ears all cleaned and updated his shots, all while loving on him and making him feel comfortable. She (and all the techs) have made my dog get EXCITED to get in the car to go to the vet. We moved here from NC a year ago. Had an awesome experience. Unfortunately, we were super behind on my dogs vaccines, and preventative care. Everyone and the staff were very friendly made my dog feel comfortable since she was obviously nervous. From luring her with treats to the scale and cuddling her while she received for vaccine I loved the whole experience. They were very informative on preventative care don't think twice and come visit. BTW they are remodeling but their service is Five Stars worthy! read more

So we stopped by for a nail trim because our dog needs to be muzzled because he doesn't like them. I told them he has been muzzled and held down by 3 people in the past. She said if he gets too stressed then they have to stop and sedate him. I said no, don't do that. They took him back, and the nail trim took about 20-30 minutes. They said he did a great job and they can't believe I said he struggled with nail clips. Then they said they needed 3 people to keep him calm, did a service I did not approve of, and charged $15 extra without our knowledge. I'm not sure now if he was even okay. Our dog spent a whole 6 minutes with these vet techs and was called "wiley" and a terror, that he was "tearing everything up" and could not be treated here without sedation. I'm sorry, I thought this was a vet's office?! Is it really that uncommon for a dog to be anxious because he is in a vets office without his people and doesn't know what is going on?! We have never experienced such disrespect and are completely shocked at the lack of decency/kindness we were faced with in the short 6 minutes he was there. All they had to say was he was too scared to have his check up without being sedated and that we could reschedule his appointment so he could be sedated but instead got belittled and told what a terror he was. Needless to say we will be following up with a more equipped vet to help our pup, even if he is a bit anxious. read more

I have zero complaints about this establishment! I was searching for a cheaper alternative for my precious Yorkie, Halle's, needs and stumbled upon this place. Each time she has gone, she has been seen and treated in a timely manner. Dr. Logan is a gem as is her staff, particularly Amy, who is always so pleasant. They called to follow-up to make sure my baby was feeling better. In my opinion, pricing for the services are more than fair. Came in to get a heart worm exam and meds ended up spending around 2 hours here just waiting to be seen. You can not make appointments here so I made sure I came early enough in the morning. There were roughly three people waiting (two in exams one in waiting room) but it still too 2 hours to see the vet then another 30 minutes before she performed the exam. The staff is friendly but I don't know that I will be back I don't like my time not being taken into consideration regardless of how much cheaper they claim to be which is not enough in my opinion to come here in the first place read more

First Visit went great with the first doctor and assistant. They provided very informative information and my dog got everything she needed for the first visit. Second appointment it was with a different doctor and assistant. Long story short, When it came to paying I got charged for other things I was not explained would be charged for. Im still very disappointed about that. The assistant telling me I would need to get Trifexis for her I was fine asked her how much she said 20$ I look at the receipt and it was more than that. This place is alright when you need a quick place to go to for your pet. Not a place for emergencies because they don't have everything there. I called to ask if walk in's were welcome and the person told me that appointment were recommended because they were busy. I brought my dog here for cough and she was seen and given antibiotics and cough medicine in a timely manner. Honestly, I was expecting it to be super cheap here but it really wasn't. The office visit is now $29. I payed around $170 for blood work, meds, and an office visit. Overall, not a bad place to go but not the greatest. read more

I was able to walk in without an appointment with very little wait time. They are open late, perfect for those who work during the week. After reading reviews, almost all positive, I chose this clinic. I am so happy I did. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Logan is amazing, knowledgeable, teaches well, caring, great with our first pet to see her, Colt. The breeder we had received Colt from had recommended a very expensive, not easily found food. Dr Logan reassured me that a well balanced puppy food in the brand we feed our other fur babies would be great for our puppy, and affordable! I took my dog here for the first time to get neutered. Being a new place for us of course I didn't know what to expect, but we had such an amazing experience! The staff was absolutely amazing to deal with & extremely knowledgeable. It's always a little scary when your pet or having surgery & they kept me updated & made me feel at ease the entire time. The vet was helpful when it comes to any concern that you may have. My experience was great, the vet was giving me additional advise that would help better train my puppy husky. She also explained the require flu shots that Natsu needed and why they should. I think as an owner it's important to know about what is going into my puppy's body and the bet was able to help clear any confusions I had. I had an appointment first thing in the morning and instead of receiving a call or text, that they had to close for the first half of the day, they waited until I was actually there. The girl just said that there was an emergency and they were trying to call everyone to reschedule (mind you that I never received a call) and we agreed that we would change it to later in the afternoon. Dr. Tyler Martin is the most unprofessional baboon there is. We actually loved the Corner Vet and their services and pricing up until this recent vet has made his presents in their facilities. My family Pet who is only 4.5 months old was going in for routine checkup and shots. And was aggressively man handled by this Vet. Instead of seeing that our pet was timid and shy and taking a step back and realizing our pet was scared and to take a different approached he just walked up to the table grabbed our puppy and squeezed him tight as the dof is yelping and squirming until our dog peed on him and then bit to be let go. by Dr. Tyler. Then Dr. Tyler verbally belittled my daughter about our new dog and how viscious he is and that he has every right to call animal control and qaurentin our family pet for 10 days and make her pay a fine of 350.00 When A. our dog is a PUPPY, B. you came at him forcefully never introducing your self or anything, C. our dog has never had any other issues with any other vet or techs in this facility. The first time I went, they were great! Very friendly, loved on my dog, staff seemed happy to be there and answered all my questions. We saw the doctor and while she is straight and to the point, she's polite and professional. We scheduled our next appointment and check out and were good to go! Second appointment was completely different. Same staff only they seemed like they had better things to do. Hardly acknowledged us, took us to a room only after I asked if we could get a weight check first (I guess check weight and overall health isn't routine at this vet). Waited in the room a few minutes to get a vet tech who pushed the shots and asked if we needed anything else. Maybe I was naive to think we'd be see the vet again? I had a few questions that she answered with vague, contradictory and sometimes unclear answers. We checked out and come to find out it was $20 more than the first vet visit which was a fecal, vaccines, flea/heartwom protection and a microchip (second visit was booster and prevention) PLUS this time she gave a non-routine vaccination that I wasn't informed of and did not request. And there's a fee to see the vet tech as opposed to the vet?? The girl at check out was everything BUT friendly and seemed irritated and practically rolled her eyes when I inquired about the cost and what all I was being charged for. After that interaction, we won't be returning. We have since found another vet and you will find, when calling around, that their prices aren't any cheaper than anywhere else so the curt behavior isn't worth dealing with. read more

I made an appointment a week in advance. 45 minutes before my appointment I was notified that my appointment was being cancelled. I called back and Angela was said the vet was not able to arrive at the location at which I was already waiting due to having to do work zoom meetings. When I told her I thought that was very unprofessional to cancel with less than an hour notice she apologized but then was very rude in the way she ended the call. I was there last week and the back up Vet was there. After telling me my dog had ringworm she said she wouldn't give me the medication because I went to two other Veterinarians. At first she said she needed to know who they were, but after I gave her the information she still said no and told me to go to another Vet. Bet your ass I will. $29 dollars later. I don't ever give bad reviews but then again I've never been treated with such disrespect. This wasn't my pups first time at The corner vet. This was our third time and we come because my pup has very bad allergies. I wanna start off with we waited in the car for 45 minutes before anyone came out to get my pup. I had to help the nurse bring her inside because my pup was scared. I got back in my car and in 60 seconds I saw a man walking towards my car with my dog. I couldn't believe he was done with her "check up". He started of by telling me that she was fine and that 2 out of 3 dogs have allergies. I mentioned her swollen irritated belly and he said "where? She wasn't red anywhere when I looked at her" I had to lift my 80 pound dog outside the parking lot so the VET could look. He then prescribed that I give her Benadryl.... he then looked at me and goes "what we give here might not be in ur budget".... and of course my facial expression changed as soon as he said that... and he still had the decency to say "you look very unhappy, I understand" I quickly asked if he was the vet.. cause I couldn't believe that the vet would speak to me like that. I didn't get his name nor was it in the invoice that I received right after. I paid $30.00 so this man could look at my dog from a distance and prescribe Benadryl.. He was a younger blond guy. Point blank I will never be returning to this Vet. I really hope no one goes through this! read more

Everyone was so nice and caring!!!! Took our rescue kitten in for her first exam and vaccinations. The whole staff was so caring and gentle with her. It was great being able to walk in without an appointment and be seen right away. The pricing is great. Our little Mia got an exam,vaccines, an FELV/FIV test, a fecal and deworming all for under $100.00. These were all services that we wanted when we walked in the door and no other services or products were pressured on us. As someone who spent 15 years in the Veterinary field and who knows the cost of supplies this is GREAT value for the money.
