Would not recommend or trust doing service with this faculty or clinic. My wife just came back extremely upset because of the way the receptionist was speaking to hear. She treated my wife with disrespect and hostility, for no reason. Whether she had a bad day or just doesn't enjoy her job, my wife was so upset with the treatment from staff (racism) she walked out on our puppies appointment. Another customer even affirmed with my wife that the service was terrible. Apparently there are no vets on staff and just "vet relief". So if you're looking for a professional place to trust and take your loving pup or pet, look elsewhere. A place like this does not deserve your business. read more

This has been my vet for 10 plus years. I have enjoyed all the veterinarians there and most of the techs. They have operated on two of my dogs. They are up front about pricing. Another vet quoted me twice the price than Arkansas browning for the surgeries that needed to be done. I am so appreciative of Arkansas Browning. They were so sweet and understanding when I had to euthanize two of my cats due to health issues that couldn't be resolved. Jordan the tech rubbed my back through it and tried to comfort me as much as possible. Dr Buchanan calls and follows up with me about blood work or anything going on with my senior animals. He has been wonderful especially through some scary health scares with my senior dogs. I will never change my vets office. read more

The vet I was using recommended this one sense he was retiring and closing shop but my little dog had a cast on her foot so I still needed one more visit to get the cast off so I came here. I had a great experience in the beginning but as I was leaving I saw they didn't trim her toe nails in that one foot so I went in to ask if they could trim that one foot and the lady that came out from the room was super rude to me when she walked out she said "that will be $15" and I said for you to trim one foot and she said "I don't care if it's one foot or all of them it will be $15 "and I never even asked how much it would be and then she bring my dog out and says she needed all her nails trimmed so I Did them all and honestly the worst nail trim not very straight and they didn't file the nails so they are super sharp..she never told me her name and made me change my mind about coming back here! read more

Recently rescued a kitten on the side of the road and spent some time calling around looking for vets before eventually finding this clinic. First visit here but the staff was extremely friendly, and helpful to say the least. They gave us free (decently sized) kitten food samples & made sure he was completely healthy before we left. There was no wait, and the tests only took 10 minutes. They also have package deals for your pets & were willing to work with us on payments. read more

My 4 month old pitbull pup has parvo and hook worms. They took $48 off the office visit the first time I went and had him checked out. They offered me two options whether to keep him there or take him home on meds. I opted for the take home because he was in the early stage (thank god!) They often call me just to see how my puppy is doing and is very involved outside the clinic! The staff is great and truly caring. He's now on a great recovery to good health. Nice staff. Dr took the time to educate us on our dogs' health and options for supplements/food/meds as they aged (both have arthritis, one with advancing hip dysplasia). Blood test for one dog was quite expensive and was required first to be able to start her on an anti-inflammatory medication. But, the vaccine cost with the online coupon is the same price as the "low cost" pet vaccine clinic they have at The Dog Wash every Sunday - without waiting in that long line! The exam Room was small though - and with 2 big labradors, it felt really cramped. But, all in all- we will keep going back here with our dogs! read more

Do NOT bring your pet here! Receptionist (heavy set blonde with blue eyes) and tech was extremely rude and hostile during my visit. She made it obvious she hates her job and cannot handle the workload due to short staffing issues they are having. When asked for an email to this clinic she wrote it on a post it note, slammed her pen, and threw it at me. There is also a brunette tech with long hair who was talking to other customers with a very aggressive tone. I asked for an office manager to speak to in regards to the extremely bad service, the receptionist laughed and said there was no manager. The receptionist and tech refused to give me their names or any information as to where I could make a complaint about the service I received. I then asked if I could speak to the vet and they responded with "there is no vet." At that point I left. I strongly recommend finding a different clinic, if they can treat people Ike this who's to say they treat the animals any different. read more

This is probably my favorite Animal Clinic ever. Just recently had a VERY sick Basset that I had ineffectively tried to treat - and finally brought her to them. They ran a couple of basic tests to see what we were dealing with and the news was not good. The Dr and staff were fabulous - gave me all my options and explained what they thought was going on in my baby. They could have run a lot of additional tests (at a big price I am sure) but explained that even running more tests and hospitalizing her - she would probably not make it through this. I made the choice to put her down after talking with the Dr extensively. The entire staff was so thoughtful and sensitive. They could have run up a huge bill - but it's NOT about the money with them. I really wish my own personal Dr took as much time and explanation with me as they did about my pet. This is a Great Place to take your pets. read more

After over 35 years of going to this clinic I will NEVER use them again. I had an emergency with my cat Saturday (Sept.17th 2016). I discovered bloody urine.I rushed my cat to my vet even though I did not have an appointment. I was told I could wait and they would work me in. I said no problem. Then the rudeness started. First she would not let me go in with my pet I could wait in the waiting room. When she could not get the cat out of the carry cage I told her that is what I usually do to help them. She the said no, she would just give it the injection in the carry case. When she couldn't do that she had me go back to a room with cat cages and said I could not wait for an exam room because I had not made an appointment. Staffer Jessica Croshman was extremely rude and condescending,reminding me I did not have an appointment and she was doing me a favor in helping my cat. I was told it could not be seen by the doctor he was too busy. She would give it a shot but Jessica let me know,again, I did not have an appointment and didn't have to help me if she didn't want to. I could go on but in the past I had been happy with the Vet. So I just pulled my records and will go elsewhere. One more thing I am a senior and was never told about the senior 20 % discount. All along I have been paying full price for all animals I have been having treated there. As I was reminded a total of times by the time I left, I needed to make an appointment in the future. I guess they will treat your animals unless it is an emergency. Be sure to make that appointment in advance for any emergency your pat may have. read more

This clinic offered $85 cat spaying. It sounded like a great deal. I took my 8 m.o. kitten, who has never been outside and and has Never, never, ever been around a male cat, to be spayed. The clinic added $40 fee because they CLAIMED she was pregnant! The Staff Was Incredibly Rude (and in my face) when I Advised Them That Was Impossible! I guess I should have named my cat Mary rather than Molly! Holy babies! I researched them after that and found put that mine is not the only immacate, virginal birth that this clinic has encountered. Many other complaints exist!!! BE WARNED! What a rip off! I am just happy my baby kitty is ok! read more

Took my year-old pit rescue here when he broke out in hives all over his body one morning. I searched yelp and called to see if they take walk ins. They told me to come right away so I did. We arrived at 11am. My dog is anxious around some new people, but he happily greeted another dog owner and vet tech in the waiting room. When we got to the exam room he was cornered by two techs and he growled. They made me muzzle him and put him on the take myself then laid into me about getting him trained and socialized. Something I have been doing in the short time I've had him. These two techs were very rude not listening to me, afraid to touch my muzzled dog, not taking any time at all to greet my dog or make him comfortable. I would have left right then if it wasn't for the hives. Later my dog was sitting on the exam table trembling and they wanted him to lay down, so the tech pulled his leash, squatting on the ground to pull his neck down. I stepped in and asked if I could help. The tech literally told me that they had other things to do and didn't have time for me to get in their way. I told her to shut up and told my dog to lay down and he did. This is why I will never be back. The vet we saw, on the other hand, was excellent. Don't remember his name but he's an older man with white hair. He thoroughly looked my dog over and administered steroids to bring the hives down. He took time to answer my questions about dog allergies and what to do in the future. He referred me to an allergist but following his advice we haven't had bad allergy problems. He never rushed me and was very helpful. I paid and when we walked out without a muzzle the vet was leaving for lunch. He walked up intimidated and let my dog sniff him and lick his hand, telling me my puppy will come around to meeting new people. Can't believe such a great vet would have such rude, immature techs working for him. read more

Dr.Lippitt is not a money hungry vet by any means.. she shows concern and you can genuinely tell she cares about each and every animal. I came across this animal clinic online because they had some online discount specials. I recently adopted a cat at that time and I wanted to get a routine check up for him to make sure he was A-OKAY. The discount specials were for getting a microchip for I think $30 and a routine checkup for free for first time visitors. I guess with these kind of promotions this location was hungry for business. When I got there it was clean inside and the backroom was standard. When my cat was getting microchipped they used a spray bottle and sprayed him before putting the big needle with the chip in him. I do not know what was in the bottle but I didn't know how sanitary it was. The vet came in after the microchip and did a 5 second check up on my cat. The issue I had with the vet is I didn't think he was thorough. It looked like he had a bad hand and I think that prevented him from doing his job properly. I guess I should have known better than to come here if they were promoting discounts to get business in. My cat is okay so that's all that matters. read more

NO stars this place does NOT follow protocol for anything I worked there during a surgery day and they are not sterile during surgery not to mention they do not give their employees any break during a 12 hour shift and I have not been paid yet and it has been over 2 weeks law states I should have been paid 6 days after I left. We love this vet clinic!! We have been using Pet Shots for Less for years and recently took our adopted puppy in for a spay so we wouldn't have to drive all the way out to Garland Animal Services. Arkansas-Browning Animal Clinic... Where do I start , let me tell you about this not so lovely facility. I took my dog here to get a haircut by the idiot of a groomer. ( I do not even know how she has a liscense) and when I picked up my dog I noticed that he was acting funny. As the night went on he started developing blisters and whining and rolling all over the floor. I called the clinic and asked them if something had happened during the grooming and she said no he is probably just a little irritated at the hair cut. He cried and whimpered the whole night. I took him back the next day because over night his burns and cuts had gotten much worse. The vet Dr. Lippitt said that it appeared that he had been burned with the clippers. Of course I was absolutely furious. She gave him a shot and put him on antibiotics.The doctor advised me to bring him back in for another visit. When I came in for another visit I was waiting in the lobby when (NICHOLE) the lovely groomer has the nerve to come up to me and say (I'm sorry his skin was so sensitive). Excuse me? Sensitive? I'm pretty sure anyone's skin will be sensitive when they are getting burned with something hot. OMG I am so pissed. My poor dog is now traumatized from ever getting another haircut again. This was the absolute worst experience I have EVER had at any groomer. Whatever you do , do Not let NICHOLE cut your dogs hair. Matter of fact don't even get your dog groomed there. Period read more
