I happened to have an afternoon free unexpectedly and the website wasn't working so I called to make an appointment. They were so accommodating and were able to get me in that afternoon. Kenya was so wonderful! She was incredibly patient and so kind in explaining everything she was doing, having me try it myself, and recommending products and shades without pushing anything.
