The waiting area is large and allows for mixed sexes if you are enjoying a couples day. I love when they serve champagne and I was not disappointed. Maia gave me an amazing facial and provided great feedback on my skin. She recommended the salt therapy sauna which I did check out and found it very peaceful and the perfect experience before I had to leave. I've never had a bad experience. Manicures however it really depends on the type that you're getting. I stopped by for just a regular shellac and they did a fantastic job. Then maybe about a month or so ago I went in for a builder gel refill and it was a completely different story. The builder gel was so thick. It was basically multiple layers of dip. Compared to the other place I go to which tends to leave the builder gel fairly thin, but still strong so that it actually looks and feels like a regular nail this was just not the experience that I wanted. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating. I also like that they give out little treats and drinks non-alcoholic, of course.
