Firstly, they custom make your own individual scent if you so desire. Honestly there are literally over a million variations as they have over 100+ base scent oils for both men and women that you can mix in different ratios to find your own unique scent. There are endless possibilities which I found out! If you're not inclined to custom make your own perfume, you can just have 1 scent. I bought a few like that including bergamot, patchouli, musk and magnolia! They all smelled beautiful. You can also pick and choose from over 1,000 brand name perfumes in stock. Bonus is they also have a huge variety of incense, Oud's and everything scentful you can imagine in this store! Zajil helped me pick the scents to mix together. I was able to experiment with mixing the oils and trying them out too. I bought a bunch of smaller roll on bottles that are great for my purse. These make great gifts but are also great for your purse, pocket or kept in s drawer for those times when you just need a pick me up. I received a gift of perfume from my young teen daughter. She purchased the perfume at this store, and even received a little makeup bag as a free gift with her purchase. Unfortunately, my daughter purchased the wrong version of the perfume that I wear so I was looking to do a simple exchange for the same exact perfume and price just a different version of the perfume. They would not do an exchange without the account that it was purchased from. Being a young teen, my daughter does not have an account here and unknowingly threw the receipt away. When they went to look up my phone number or her number, unsurprisingly nothing came up. A manager took a look, also told me that they can't do an exchange, then spoke to another manager, who then graciously offered to give me the $50 item with a value of $30 where I would have to pay a $20 difference. Excuse me? I even brought them free the little gift bag that they were giving away with purchases before Christmas. I could've shared the location of my daughter when she purchased it, but they would only accept a receipt or an account from a young teenager. Mind you this isn't even exchange, it's not anything complicated. Thank you Ulta for encouraging me to shop somewhere else!
