I made eye contact with several employees while looking for the Wednesday blush palette and each of them turned away. After awhile of not being able to locate the item I approached 4 employees that were chatting near the entrance to inquire about the product. All 4 looked at each other like "you're it" before 1 finally lost and said she would look in the back. She was thankfully able to find it and my daughter and I quickly checked out. It's frustrating to be treated this way each and every time while I see other customers being helped right away

Unfortunately, the majority of the fragrances I purchased from Wellington had WEAK hot throw, with many that had ZERO throw. I've been doing this a long time. I used 12% concentration in organic soy. I tested about 15 oils and I loved the fragrances, but the throw was lacking. This was by far the most disappointing batch test I've ever performed. Wellington used to offer several grades of fragrance oils in varying concentrations. The recently started selling only one grade of fragrance, and touted them as premium, top-tier grade. They are not. The sad thing is I wrote Wellington a very long assessment of each of the oils, and told them about my experience. The email was constructive, specific, and thoughtfully written. Wellington did not even bother to reply. That told me all I needed to know about them. I have to believe the know exactly what they are cranking out; they just don't care. I would say they are looking for "one time customers," not long-term relationships.

Ended up leaving because she was no help and plain out rude. Happened 8/12/25 around 7:30-8pm customer service is not in her vocabulary, definitely should not be put on desk.
