Then he looked through the rest of the alphabet, still couldn't find it. The coworker he had been hunched over with when I was standing there had disappeared, so she couldn't help, and another guy was kind of just doing nothing at the end of the counter. Guy comes back, asks for my order number so I showed the pickup details from my phone, he entered the info on his store phone and who knows what it told him? Maybe the exact info I had given? Finally he finds the order, right in the bin he looked in first. Ordering in advance was really NOT a timesaver, I could have bought this elsewhere and next time I definitely will.
