My Onion & Stilton Tart (24 €) was incredibly savory & delicious. Texturally interesting with the creamy bleu cheese & cooked-down onions to offset the flakey tart & frisée salad atop. It's such a busy little spot and everyone looked happy and like they were enjoying the food and the service was quick and friendly. The premises are that small, that behind the counter, there's a hideaway dumb waiter that gets a lot of the food brought down from upstairs to the restaurant itself. It's just so cute that I cannot wait to visit Paris again so I can come back here and try things off their current menu. It's a little off the beaten path, so I don't feel there were heaps of tourists here, but that's a good thing to me, and I can't wait to come back. I highly recommend it here.

My son is not a cheese fan so he opted for the norvigene (smoked salmon in dill lemon and EVOO. I decided to stick with the house specialty; Landais Au Gratin (cream potatoes, duck breast and emmental cheese). The 2 girls beside me ordered a cider with both their meals so I followed their lead. When in Paris...... Considering the temperature, I almost second-guess myself and ordered something other than their house specialty of au gratin potatoes. In the end, I was very glad I overruled that thought. Brody enjoyed his meal. He just appeared to still be hungry when it was done and a 16 year-old boy that normally has a high caloric intake, I can understand why he wanted a second meal after eating his first! The restaurant in the patio were quite crowded even though we had reservations. They still sat us within five minutes of arrival. Not five minutes is a long time away, but it was still worth the weight as good as the food tasted. We both enjoyed our meals.
