The menu listing had no description explaining what a Quartet Pizza was or that it came with any preset toppings. We customized it with black olives and mushrooms, and the order confirmation clearly states: "Small pizza with black olives and mushrooms with regular amount of sauce and regular cheese." When we got home, the pizza was covered in sausage, pepperoni, and onions. Since we don't eat meat, the pizza was completely unusable for our family. I first called the restaurant and explained the situation. When I got nowhere over the phone, I drove back to the restaurant in person with the pizza and showed them both my order confirmation and the menu listing. I explained that the Quartet Pizza had no description online and that my order confirmation clearly reflected a pizza with black olives and mushrooms. Despite this, I was told the pizza was made correctly and that they would not remake it or provide a refund. I was also told that I should have checked the website more carefully or called ahead to ask what a Quartet Pizza was. Mistakes happen, and I would have understood if the restaurant had made any effort to resolve the issue. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of accountability, empathy, or willingness to help. We paid nearly $50 for dinner, ended up with a pizza we couldn't eat, and were essentially blamed for ordering exactly what was shown on our receipt. Sadly, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
