He punched numerous holes in the wall, more than was necessary, that had I had to pay to have repaired. They wrote out the type of bulbs to get but unfortunately these bulbs are virtually impossible to get. After numerous trips to try to find them we called the store yet again to tell them we were returning them. They were less than helpful, rude and promised they would look into it and get back to us but of course didn't. We were also informed that they do not accept returns and that it wasn't their problem..."they aren't in the light bulb business", imagine that...a light fixture store that isn't in the light bulb business!
