So perfectly seasoned is the meat that I never use any sauces or condiments. I usually get the collared greens as a side. Once again, it's a large portion, well seasoned and perfectly complementary to their amazing meats. Additionally, the Atomic Hog staff is friendly and capable. Atomic Hog is highly recommended and like many in the area, we hope they find a permanent brick and mortar home!

Today I am trying their Rib Combo which came with a small side of smoked ribs, chicken, brisket, and pulled pork with a side of their signature sauce. You also got two sides of choice, mine was the fire roasted corn and Cole slaw. For an appetizer I ordered their stuffed mushrooms. The mushrooms had crab meat, drizzled butter with mozzarella cheese. These were fantastic, have not had these in years, very delicious. Now to some up my meats, very tender, the pulled pork was not dry, it was very tender and juicy, that's without the sauce. The brisket was cut nice and thin, again very tender along with the chicken and ribs.
