When I tell you, Brilliant Earth and Zoe knocked me off my feet, I am not exaggerating. This experience from start to finish was exceptional. Zoe was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, professional, friendly, kind, and so much more. She made this experience absolutely amazing for us. Before our appointment, she reached out to touch base about our interests and likes / dislikes. Upon arrival, she was able to point out and show us all the pieces that aligned with our interests. She did show us other pieces as well, just to make sure we were given all of the options and we were able to mark those items off our lists. Any question we had, she had the answers. She did not make us feel dumb when asking even what may have seemed like a small, or silly question. She walked us through all of the steps and made sure to touch base on all of the aspects of the engagement ring buying process, some topics we didn't even think to touch base on before she brought them up. Zoe was extremely patient and so helpful during our appointment. She made sure we felt understood and heard, she prioritized our wants and needs. We were most interested in lab created diamonds for both of our rings, something in solitaire settings, and later on, more intricate wedding bands. She took her time when going through options with the 4 C's and again, answered any and all questions we had with confidence and clarity. Even after our appointment, I had a few follow up questions and needed help clarifying a few things and details, to no surprise, Zoe responded in a timely manner and was just as thorough and helpful through email, as she was in person. I am still so blown away and so impressed with her professionalism and true care and concern for us and our happiness during this appointment. As we enter, we are immediately greeted by the beautiful diva owner, Giovanna, who verbally directed us to the store layout. My compadre's browsed, but when Giovann noticed I wasn't delving into the clothing racks (i'm not much of a shopper), she came over to me and questioned me on what my 'style' was. Which left me speechless, b/c again, I'm not a shopper and am not the kind of girl who has any idea what "style" I prefer. So, she broke it down for me. "Tell me how you like to 'feel', not how you like to look". Thus began all of our journey into diva-hood. For the next 2 hours, we tried on clothes all while Diva Giovanna showed us tips on how to bring out our best features, how to pose in a way that creates the best pictures, and what looks would work best on our bodies...she even took pictures of us in her clothes to show us how amazing we looked. It wasn't shopping. It was an experience in celebrating womanliness! There is something for everyone in this shop (even a little dog and a piano), casual, fancy, REALLY FANCY... She will make you try on things you didn't even know you would look good in and she will style you. What they didn't have in my size, I ordered and when I picked up my item, I was greeted as if I had purchased so much more than the one thing! The sales assistants are always helpful, courteous and engaging. They make sure I know about their specials, sales, and coupons which of course influence me to buy a little more. It's all good!!

Noone offered to help me. I found the white shirt, tried it on and it fit! Before I could take it off, the same ladt said. "Can you hand that to me when you take it off, don't putit back". I took it off, placed it in the cou ter and walked out. Clearly they did not get the memo that people come to buy. I've shopped at Lane Bryant for 30 years. NEVER have I seen such a lack of service. Shame in the person who hired such poor brand representatives.
