I ended up finding one suit that I wasn't a huge fan of but ending up purchasing incase I could not find anything else. I knew I would not wear it again due to the style and lack of belt loops but I bought it anyway. I paid $200. Fortunately, a couple days later I revisited JC Penney and was able to purchase TWO full pants suits for LESS than the price of the one. And the two I later found I can wear regularly as I was comfortable with the style. I ended up returning the Macy's suit and the return process was super easy at the customer service desk. All of the employees on both visits were super friendly and helpful. I just feel like the prices here are a lot considering the prices at other comparable stores.

By the time he finished with me the line had grown dramatically. I'm not sure if they just need to hire more people or folks just didn't come to work, but extra bodies were definitely need. To the young man handling the returns, he did so with a smile on his face, he was polite, and working as quickly as possible. On the way out I noticed their holiday wear was on sale and I had Kohls cash. I couldn't leave with the black velour Rudolph overalls. Let me tell you they're super soft, warm, and cute. Checkout was rather quick as they had enough associates. All in all, I had a good experience and if I need to go to Kohl's and I'm in the area I wouldn't hesitate to return.

I purchased two pairs of suspenders from the Suspender Store; these were separate transactions…read moreabout one year apart. Both of the suspenders came apart at the buckle end (see pics) after a few months of use. After the second pair came apart, I contacted the Suspender Store via email for refund or replacement and got no response. I followed up after a few weeks and Karie from the Suspender Store replied agreeing to refund the purchase price but only on one of the suspenders, she stated the other one was out of the warranty period. Note each pair had the same defect - the buckle came apart. One month later there was no refund. I followed up again with Karie who told me "Thanks for following up. It looks like it was sitting in pending. We pushed the payment through." This seemed like an untruthful excuse. I feel that if I had not followed up I would never get the refund. There was never a delay or 'pending' status when the Suspender Store was processing my payment to them. Also Karie refused to refund the original shopping cost I had paid. So I bought two pairs of suspenders, they were both defective with the same exact buckle coming apart issue, the Suspender store only refunded me for one of the two pairs. I experienced poor quality product and terrible customer service, they would not refund the shipping even though this was a defective product, and they jerked me around on the refund as I had to follow up several times and never would have received the refund they agreed to if I had not followed up. This was the cool mall to go to back in the Golden Days of Marley Station of Limbo Lounge, Contempo Causals, Forever 21, Walden book store, Hot Topic, Spencer's. I took a vacation last month as now I live in Florida to vist this mall right before I went to BWI.
