When asked why they were there, she said she was told that "all Croc Jibbitz" were to be added to the display and refused to honor the advertised discounted price. At minimum that action was totally deceptive and more likely illegal as she refused to honor the published price. When you call either DSW customer service or the corporate office, all you get is Nova, their virtual assistant, who is long on platitudes and provides no service. Called the state AG office and will be filing a formal complaint.

To the young man handling the returns, he did so with a smile on his face, he was polite, and working as quickly as possible. On the way out I noticed their holiday wear was on sale and I had Kohls cash. I couldn't leave with the black velour Rudolph overalls. Let me tell you they're super soft, warm, and cute. Checkout was rather quick as they had enough associates. All in all, I had a good experience and if I need to go to Kohl's and I'm in the area I wouldn't hesitate to return.

I ended up finding one suit that I wasn't a huge fan of but ending up purchasing incase I could not find anything else. I knew I would not wear it again due to the style and lack of belt loops but I bought it anyway. I paid $200. Fortunately, a couple days later I revisited JC Penney and was able to purchase TWO full pants suits for LESS than the price of the one. And the two I later found I can wear regularly as I was comfortable with the style. I ended up returning the Macy's suit and the return process was super easy at the customer service desk. All of the employees on both visits were super friendly and helpful. I just feel like the prices here are a lot considering the prices at other comparable stores.

Each birthday and holiday that I must purchase clothes for someone's child, I come here. It is my go-to one and done storefront for children's treasures. I find topnotch branded clothing items that are in either still with tags attached or maybe washed and worn once or twice. The staff at the front definitely does a good job at buying secondhand items. Nothing in here feels, smells or gives a bad vibe--all items look decent. Staff is always quite, kind and fast.
