Ive never had any issues coming to this location. I didnt find what I went for but I definitely found some nice clothing articles and flat shoes. Grabbing my items I continued to browse. I ended up with an armload of items and made my way to the front of the store. The line here can be intimidating. Like so many places like this, the move at a snail's pace. It doesn't help that the customers in front of you just don't pay attention. Even with a majority of the registers manned, it still took a while to get through the line. The staff I did deal with were nice. Just was pleasant during the whole interaction. This thrift store has mostly used items, but you'll also find new items with the original tags still on them. They have apparel and shoes for men, women, and kids. Additionally they have home goods including toys, kitchenware, appliances, electronics, linen, books, sporting goods, and much more. I was pleasantly surprised to see a number of designer and high quality apparel with the original tags still on them. While other apparel items looked only lightly worn. Among the brands I saw were Vince Camuto, Coach, White House Black Market. Most of the apparel were between $5-$20. In perusing the dresses, I was impressed at how stylish they were. Most of the shoes I saw looked worn and dirty. I wouldn't purchase shoes unless they were brand new. I didn't buy anything this time, but will definitely come back to shop for apparel.

The backpacks that I looked at were a bit larger and heavier than what I am looking for. I perused several sandals and the first pair of Teva sandals I saw were ginormous. The sandals look like they were swallowing my feet. The sandals at this retailer are likely meant more for practicality and comfort rather than their style. I found a second pair of Teva sandals that weren't as wide and fit my feet better. They are not the cutest, but they felt comfortable when I tried them on. The staff are amazing. I was greeted by three employees. The first one greeted me when I entered the store. The second one asked if I needed anything when I passed by him while I was shopping. The last one Krissy asked if I needed help when I was looking at the sandals. The store was laid out as the other Ross stores are. I perused the aisles not looking for anything in particular, but maybe something that would catch my eye. They had a good assortment of toiletry, clothing, household, small furniture, and snack items at pretty reasonable prices. Like most stores now, you have to bring your reusable bag to place your purchases in, or you can buy a cheap one from them. This location was ok, but I gather, since it is a new location, a bunch of folks come here often, as the stock was not as plentiful as I had seen at other stores of recent. Checkout was hassle free and the associate was very pleasant. All in all, if this is the nearest location to you, half at it. Otherwise, and if you are able, check out other Ross locations as the inventory varies.
