Enjoyed all the performers. Had different kinds of food options and what we had was good.

Good food and good service. They had outdoor seating which we enjoyed. Had a burger and fries and both were really good.

We grabbed a few items for dinner that we needed on MLK Day, January 19, 2026: + lean ground beef ($9.00) + Almond Breeze milk ($3.99) + Silk Almond creamer ($5.39) + Quaker rice cakes ($4.79) + Hamburger Helper ($2.79) - don't care if you judge me! + 2 large avocados ($2.98) Our cashier, Alexa, was welcoming and friendly. My daughter noted how organized everything was. A few of employees were very nice. Others avoided us and were dry to other customers. Wish they had ground turkey.

Mother was working the register and received a call from the hospital that she was unable to take awaiting Rebecca, manager, to relieve her from customer service to call them back. After mother calling Rebecca 10 times she finally gave relief with complaint. After finishing the call in less than five minutes and returning to post mother was met with Rebecca having attitude for relieving. Upon mother quitting job today after being aggressively sent home mother was met with even more attitude while Rebecca , manager was leaning against service counter gossiping to called in employee about mother's personal and medical business. Highly unprofessional management and unethical conduct.

Do you have to milk the nut every day? I think they had some other things to buy here, but not 4K movies, though you can buy a 4K tv!?! Why buy the cow when there's no milk?

Long story short, Walmart should revamp the customer service training and hygiene. I have shopped at Sam's and Walmart for years and I really understand that with affordable prices, Sam's/Walmart uses affordable labor. With that affordable labor comes challenges. I would like to start with the Automotive department CSR needs to be reassigned. He is a hygiene fail followed by constant challenges from customer requests that are the simplest form. From simple data entry to communication with customers. Not only with myself but my observation with other customers. The automotive technicians need training. From talking to customers to learning to communicate with CSRs on breaks to prevent customers from going elsewhere for service. This would improve customer interaction and drive productivity as well. My personal experience with this store has been below fair. I've been waiting on tires for over a week to find out they have been in for about the same time. I've called and can't get through. Once I get a break to check on status I am told they can install ASAP. Then I get pushback from the techs. This is after I suggest dropping off the following day. I spent another 30min just to find out it's now going to over 2hrs. Thanks Walmart. Now I'm in a great mood arguing with my wife over your staff messing up our Sunday morning and accomplishing nothing with you, on the partial day off that I have.
