Firstly, he seems to have this propensity for " technology," meaning as soon as I called him and left a message. The old-fashioned way? I started receiving many texts with basic copy and pasted questions, just using technology as a form of communication when the whole point of communication is to get to know someone. PERSONALLY! Initially, I was put off by this form of communication. However, after answering some of the questions, he was supposed to at least return my call? I even think I provided my email. And I never received a response. If you're like me, that is the ultimate deal breaker. If someone can't return a phone call, then they can't be trusted for important tasks such as my taxes.
