After the first time I was hooked! I've been back twice since my coworker and I discovered these bagels in May! Just a cute little shop tucked in the back of a plaza that I never knew was there. The girl working the counter was pleasant and helped me decide what to get. I've tried a few difference combos but I think the fruity pebbles bagel with strawberry cream cheese is my #1 so far (of course I ate it so fast I forgot to take a pic)! Can't wait to go back

They have Kaiser rolls. But they really are hard rolls. Bagels are delicious. They have delicious looking crumb buns. John and Chris are the owners Alex and Nicole are part of the staff. Great people and very friendly. I'll be back. By the way, they gave me a sample of their corned beef. I'll have to go back there and get a corn beef sandwich. It was delicious. The owners are from New Jersey like me. Try it you'll like this place.

While visiting my dad, we happened to discover Big City Bagels tucked just off US19 behind Friendly Car Wash, and what a find it was. Easily one of the best bagel spots I've been to in quite some time, and without question a standout in Spring Hill. Their everything bagel was exactly how it should be: generously seasoned on both sides, with every bite packed with flavor. I ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese bagel and was genuinely impressed by both the quality and the portion size large enough to bring half home for later. Beyond the food, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the restaurant itself was spotless. A hidden gem that is absolutely worth the stop. read more

What a cute little place in a plaza behind the car wash ..I would never have fpund this place if I did. It see it advertised and since I don't get my car washed at the place it is right behind..they have seats inside to enjoy the many choices they offer...there is also a comfy couch area to relax in as well ..many choices for a delish Breakfast or lunch..pastries, rice pudding and more and huge delicious bagels too..they have a coffee area and drinks for sale too..very busy little place...will be back! read more

Hidden gem! Conveniently located off 19 where you would least expect. This place is a gem because yea the bagels are good but it offers ya 2 experiences- you can sit in the busy coffee shop dinning room or if you venture to the back there is a quiet living room you can eat in that feels like your visiting a relative. This setting is extremely inviting and calming while you sip your "free coffee" pro tip that's not advertised. The secret is out I hope it doesn't become over crowded in here I like my peace. read more

OMG sooooo GOOD!!!!! Delicious bagels and pastries. The chewy familiar texture from up north was just right!! We will definitely be making this our regular bagel spot. The garlic bagel was really satisfying. The black & white cookie was so good I had to hurry to steal a bite from my daughter before she finished it! But the best, the very BEST thing so far was the COFFEE CAKE!!! Chefs kiss, seriously! It's perfect!!! It tastes so familiar, just like from the bakeries on Long Island :-) but better!! I could not believe how great the food is here. It's quite an unassuming place, but a real gem. I had a Reuben on a jalapeño cheese bagel. It was the best I had ever had. The people that work here love their job, they are kind, knowledgeable and fun. Can't wait to come back. read more

Just got from NJ & NYC and was craving more bagels. Owner explained he receives them from Brooklyn a couple times a week. Great. Who would have guessed; in Spring Hill, the cultural desert. I would highly recommend them. I loved the garlic and the onion. Didn't have garlic and onion, but I'm not complaining. read more

i have tried twice eating here. first off great service nice people. convenient parking etc.. secondly the food is not correct t. meaning i do not do microwaves when preparing my bacon egg cheese? ok i xan deal on the fly but not at $9 a sandwich plus microwaves?? finally my bacon is not ham..period (traditionaly) let's not play here ham cones from one part of the animal and bacon cones from another part ( different)..your not selliing canadian bacon so stop the boloney get it..so dont tell me ham is bacon!!!! in my mind if you cheat on food outright then what you doing when no one looking? good luck read more

Unfortunately at 9:45 am there was no plain bagel for sale! How do you run out of bagels if you're a bagel store early in the morning?? Second choice was a poppyseed bagel - but he ended up scraping off the poppyseeds as best he could. I ordered an egg and cheese on an everything bagel, which was fresh. We also ordered coffees, but after discovering that no milk, either regular, low fat, or nonfat available - only the creamers that are prepackaged and not refrigerated or a French Vanilla creamer that has a high sugar content. When I asked about almond milk, I was informed it was an extra charge of 65 cents (in addition to the $2.65 for the coffee). Unless it's Starbucks coffee, I'm not sure it's worth it, so I asked for a refund, which was NOT refunded without "permission" from the cook. Even though the bagels seemed fresh, there's another bagel store that I will go to in the future.

The fresh baked goods they carry are good - but I wish they still carried the items brought in by The Village Bakers in Jacksonville, a renowned bakery in northeast Florida. We alway get fresh rolls from them to make our sandwiches. The crumb cake slices are amazingly delicious - just like back in NJ where I grew up. The quality of the meats they carry is top shelf - we have never gotten anything that wasn't terrific. Hubby prefers Boar's Head brand, and they are cheaper than the grocery store that carries it nearby. I will always recommend them and return for my grocery shopping. Cashiers on the way out are always pleasant.

The ordering process was pretty chaotic for us at that time we arrived, the staff was super friendly and welcoming but there is no order or organization just have to order freely when you can. The set up and arrangement could definitely use some reorganizing too, it's pretty crammed but they had so many options so I see why there is so little space. The amount of ice cream you get is generous and the flavors were delicious. I tried the oatmeal cream pie and it was really packed with cookie pieces and flavor, they have Reasonable prices as well. Definitely understand why it was so highly recommended.

My daughter got the kids Mac and cheese meal and it tasted like cardboard with cheese. My husband's burger was undercooked and had to be remade and after they remade it they gave him the wrong burger and it was extremely smashed. What I can say about this Culver's is they always have a very clean restroom and the service is always fantastic. We are always greeted right away, the employees are always so patient and kind with the littles, and service is always quick.

Yes, "Churrasco Empacado" AKA "outside skirt steak" or "packed steak." Me likes to also make kabobs with Churrasco Empacado on the BBQ yum yum yum yum yum :)... Miguel's is truly a Real gem. A Chef's market indeed. If you love to cook, you will love this little Latin market. Walking into Miguel's, first thing you notice is, the authentic vintage vibe, a pulse actually, kinda like walking into a time capsule, like a tiny little Cuban market from the 50's. They also sell giant bags of rice & all kinds of kitchen utensils/tools/small appliances etc., Fresh baked cuban breads, fresh corn tortilla's, Honduran crema, mexican crema, Cojita cheese, Oaxaca cheese, NachoCheese Ole! hahaha. FYI: The little cafe in back is only open from 8am to 3pm & it serves up the most incredible cafe con leche & the coconut pastry is super yummy too OuiOui :)... While we were there Sir Hubbers had the beef empanada. It was very mild, kinda sweet, not spicy enough for us, but the dough was fabulous. We want to try the pizza one next visit. They were all sold out of the pizza one. They also have daily specials we want to try. However, while we were there we found a hot sauce called "Matouk's Calypso sauce" AKA "Salsa Calypso" and it's made with "PICKLED SCOTCH BONET PEPPERS" (from the label) it's the hottest hot sauce I have ever had in my life. So yeah, I put some on Sir Hubbers empanada for a kick, it blasted us to planet Zog. Truly Unforgettable. Miguel's, a truly uniquely unforgettable place that is a must visit.
