While visiting my dad, we happened to discover Big City Bagels tucked just off US19 behind Friendly Car Wash, and what a find it was. Easily one of the best bagel spots I've been to in quite some time, and without question a standout in Spring Hill. Their everything bagel was exactly how it should be: generously seasoned on both sides, with every bite packed with flavor. I ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese bagel and was genuinely impressed by both the quality and the portion size large enough to bring half home for later. Hidden gem! Conveniently located off 19 where you would least expect. This place is a gem because yea the bagels are good but it offers ya 2 experiences- you can sit in the busy coffee shop dinning room or if you venture to the back there is a quiet living room you can eat in that feels like your visiting a relative. This setting is extremely inviting and calming while you sip your "free coffee" pro tip that's not advertised. The secret is out I hope it doesn't become over crowded in here I like my peace. read more

They have Kaiser rolls. But they really are hard rolls. Bagels are delicious. They have delicious looking crumb buns. John and Chris are the owners Alex and Nicole are part of the staff. Great people and very friendly. I'll be back. By the way, they gave me a sample of their corned beef. I'll have to go back there and get a corn beef sandwich. It was delicious. Just got from NJ & NYC and was craving more bagels. Owner explained he receives them from Brooklyn a couple times a week. Great. Who would have guessed; in Spring Hill, the cultural desert. I would highly recommend them. I loved the garlic and the onion. Didn't have garlic and onion, but I'm not complaining. read more

i have tried twice eating here. first off great service nice people. convenient parking etc.. secondly the food is not correct t. meaning i do not do microwaves when preparing my bacon egg cheese? ok i xan deal on the fly but not at $9 a sandwich plus microwaves?? finally my bacon is not ham..period (traditionaly) let's not play here ham cones from one part of the animal and bacon cones from another part ( different)..your not selliing canadian bacon so stop the boloney get it..so dont tell me ham is bacon!!!! in my mind if you cheat on food outright then what you doing when no one looking? good luck read more
