The beautiful crown was the perfect detail for our summer engagement
    Cipriano M.

The Crown Collective is so much more than just a place to buy beautiful flower crowns, it really is a personalized experience. I had the pleasure of having one of Carolyns beautiful flower crowns as a gift for my fiancé on the day of our engagement. From concept to creation, Carolyn was a dream to work with. Despite how busy she is, she is so quick to respond to inquiries and really takes her time to develop a rapport with her clients. She began our process by wanting to find out more about my fiancé, things like her personal style, creative taste and favorite flowers; all of this was so that she could make something unique for her, which would be a reflection of her personality. This was such a pleasant surprise, and this level of individuality really shines through in the finished product. The crown itself was BEAUTIFUL. She mixed blush and orange rananculas (my fiancé's favorite flower) to create a summery look that was the perfect compliment to our Malibu Wine Safari proposal. It was perfect!

It's been over a year since I came to Ms. Carolyn for a flower crown, so sorry this review is long over due. Let me just start off by saying that if your in search of flower crow, you've come to the right place. Ms. Carolyn know's her sh!% and although it's been a year since my last flower crown, let me just say how impressed I was with Ms. Carolyn's talents. She delivered a perfect curated flower crown for my day. Thank you so much again Ms. Carolyn, and if your are reading just know that I will be reaching out to you again this November for a festival crown for Tropicalia and will give an updated review when the time comes :)

Crown Collective created flower crowns for my daughter's 4th birthday. Carolyn was fantastic! Absolutely professional: came on time, set up a beautiful table full of flowers and was ready to go by the time all of our daughter's friends arrived. The girls and the parents had a blast picking the flowers and making their own crowns. Made for a beautiful setting, incredible photos of the kids wearing the crowns and an memorable afternoon for all. Thank you Carolyn!!!

Beautiful bouquet and crown made by the darling Carolyn

I reached out to The Crown Collective, via the website, as I wanted to wear a flower crown for my home wedding. I was immediately contacted back by the owner, Carolyn, who was so so helpful. I gave her a few examples of what i wanted, and she quoted me at a VERY, VERY reasonable price. My gorgeous crown was only $35. Throughout the process, Carolyn always stayed in contact. I even messaged her once and she responded that she was at an event, and that she would get back to me later. I greatly appreciated the excellent communication. I suppose there are some bride-zillas (maybe I was one?), that would be need constant reassurance - she did that. Onto the flowers - she made me a beautiful crown, beautiful flower pins for the moms (and sisters), and even brought me a bouquet made from the leftover flowers. So lovely. I love the Crown Collective, and will absolutely recommend her to EVERYONE, and hopefully will find a reason to need more flowers for the future! THANK YOU AGAIN for making my day so special. xooxoxo

I had such an incredible experience with The Crown Collective, I have to take a moment to gush. This was my first experience with a real flower crowns (as opposed to faux), and it certainly won't be my last. From the super quick initial reply, to the consistent communication throughout, to the speedy delivery of my beautiful finished product -- everything was amazing and felt so personal. I needed coordinating mother + daughter flower crowns for a photo shoot, and without a doubt Carolyn and her team went above and beyond. A quick conversation and a few inspiration photos later, she knew exactly what I was going for and she nailed it. There are people in this world that you just know are not only good, solid people, but they are doing exactly what they should be doing in life... And that is Carolyn to a T. She is so obviously passionate about what she does, it was so refreshing working with her. I am now a super fan and will DEF be ordering more for future shoots!! Highly recommend.

From beginning to end working with The Crown Collection was an amazing experience. Carolyn worked with me to get the perfect crown for my sisters to wear for her baby shower. She was incredibly helpful and the crown turned out absolutely stunning. She sent us a photo of the crown when it was ready. Which made me super excited to see it on our drive to pick it up! My sister absolutely loved it!! Overall I would check out her website and instagram! You won't be disappointed!

Working with Carolyn was a beautiful experience. I was looking for a flower crown for my good friend for her birthday surprise. It was a last minute surprise and I reached out to Carolyn via her website. She got back with me with in 24 hours as she was on a trip. We started talking on the phone about ideas and she is such a warm an amazing person! She asked for me to get some pictures of my friend so she could make the perfect crown that fit her personality. The finished product she knocked out of the park. My friend and all her girlfriends loved it. I'm not a big flower person but it was gorgeous and smelled great! Anytime I have a flower crown need I will be going back to Carolyn! Thank you so much!

Carolyn is an artist with a beautiful soul and a generous heart. Her work speaks for itself, and beyond that you get an amazing person with an intuition like no other. I needed help finding flowers in the burnt orange world for my wedding, and Carolyn not only found multiple options, but also arranged them into some of the most gorgeous crowns and bouquets I have ever seen!!! I have some amazing pictures for you all to see. She elevated the overall beauty of my wedding and I couldn't be happier with her work. You'll be lucky if you ever get the opportunity to experience this artist and her craft.

Carolyn was amazing to work with! With only a week notice during one of her busiest times of the year - Coachella weekend 1 - she still managed to fit me in her schedule to my my custom crown and get the requested ti-leafs to represent my culture. I wish i found her earlier, she would have made my flower crowns for my flower girls!

    Absolutely loved my flower crown!
    Sherley C.

From the beginning, Carolyn was very attentive and responsive. I felt comfortable with her immediately. The day of the wedding, Carolyn delivered my flower crown in perfect condition and on time. My crown was beautifully detailed, and everyone loved it. I can't wait to get in contact with Carolyn again for future events.

The flowers were beautiful, costs were just a fraction of what it would cost to have a florist procure them and put them together. We had no idea, as to "our" budget, except it was given to us our wedding gift. My paternal aunt purchased, all of our wedding flowers here and placed together by family, with love. We were there, bright and early and got best quality flowers. It was day or two, before they would be used. They must be preserved, freshly and kept them inside my bathroom, in dark, cold room & cranked up AC. All of it was placed in bathtub for hydration.

First the website mentions parking on the roof and we could not find this parking. There was an area blocked off, but it didn't say full. It was just blocked off and the only reason I suspect that was their parking lot is because the exit was still open. So I had to pay for $10 across the street. Yes we could have found street parking further away, but I was already frustrated not having found their lot and my partner was just like I'll just pay. Let's just go across the street. Next even though it is mentioned on the website (I don't remember seeing it despite looking at the website multiple times) and there was a $2 entrance fee. what am I paying $2 for? Why am I paying $2 to shop and spend more money? I'm sorry just on the way there as we got closer, there are so many flower shops around the mart so I don't see why you wouldn't just go to one of those and get your flowers without having to pay an additional fee. So now, we are already $14 out-of-pocket and we havent done anything but try to park and step inside. We get inside we look around and I honestly did not find the prices to be that different from a farmers market perhaps a slightly bigger bouquet, or a couple of dollars cheaper, but there was nothing that was like ooh, this is a great deal. We ended up buying a large bouquet of lilies for $25. There is a stall in the back that had what I would consider actually good price prices. Five stems for $10 and a big bushel of another kind of flower for $6. We got those as well. My partner also really liked the plant guy and bought a plant from him from $20. Now here is where I really will not be back. I stopped at a stall called Choice America. I saw a really pretty set of mum's and asked how much they were & was told $10. The guy helping me then confirmed that they were $10 with somebody else. He then went on to say that one with eight stems was a higher price that I don't remember because I knew I wasn't getting that. When I got to the counter to actually pay, the woman was going back-and-forth with another customer about some order. They both seemed equally frustrated. Why is this important?.. because when it was my time to pay she said $10. I handed her a $20 bill. She opens the register and pulls out a five and some ones throws up her hands. I deduced that already being frustrated this is just one more thing on top as she doesnt have enough change to give me and instead turns to me and says $12.50. I kind of stumble and I say for what... tax or something? and she goes yeah tax clearly lying! Even if they did charge tax, which no other stall did, sales tax in Los Angeles on $10 it's not $12.50. The unfortunate problem is that I am black and I am not afforded the luxury to say something back because then I'm seeing as an angry black woman, have the police called on me not being believed etc. etc. so I just have to bite the bullet and get scammed and ripped off of my money. My partner and I both agree that it was not worth the hassle to go, but he really wants to take me to the restaurant across the street so we would go back to the plant guy and we would go back to the stall in the back but even those are BIG IFS as neither of us has any desire to ever go back to the Flower Mart. I feel like overall. The whole place is a money grab, you should save your money and go to your local farmers market or visit one of the many other vendors that were around the area without having to pay an admission fee to even buy flowers. Or better yet be bold like the elderly lady who accosted us as we were leaving and asked "are you all done in there can I have your sticker?" I was already too flustered to even recognize what she was asking till after my partner happily handed his over.

The floral stands do come with arrangements. They have a sash that comes free or you can get more of a professional style for an additional fee. I highly recommend ordering arrangements here. Pricewise for my order was great. For an extra large arrangement with added additional flowers including delivery and sash was 250.00.
