This is a long over do review! Best customer service in town is provided by this people! The girls that worked here are sooo nice and super sweet! They make you feel so comfortable, and they educate you about what's about to happen. They also talk you through 3mnts of treatment because this could be a very painful treatment if you are not used to it and hate cold. But the benefits of it though! My back pain is gone!! And I feel so energized everytime I come out from here. And it's only 3mnts. Pretty darn amazing! I haven't gone in a bit but definitely will come back soon after the new year! read more

There are so many things on the market these days that promote rejuvenation and recovery for active individuals. As an endurance athlete, I am all about trying out anything that will get me back on the roads running happy and strong! After hearing so many good things from friends I finally decided to try out cryotherapy. I scored a $25 session at the Cowtown Marathon expo and decided to cash it in. First of all, I am a big fan of essential oils and the moment you walk in you get an aroma of peppermint and lavender oils diffusing at the counter. The ladies were very friendly getting me all checked in and squared away. They give you a fresh robe, and send you over to the locker rooms to get changed. One you're ready they pop you in the chilly chamber and you're only in there for 3 minutes! It kind of feels like an icy sauna...it definitely was not as cold as I expected it to be. Or maybe I was just so numb I really did not feel it! It's just an invigorating sensation is all I can say. The minute you start feeling the cold you are done! It's supposed to assist with blood flow and circulation. I am already feeling better like my muscles just got a flow of electricity! I'd definitely recommend trying it out if you're curious and see if it works for you! I could totally see how you could get hooked on it. The oxygen bar at the end is just an added bonus! I loved the eucalyptus, frankincense and purified ones. One thing I'd recommend is that the folks that help you get in the chamber not talk as much....I truly wanted to relax...so maybe less explanation/chatter. But overall, I loved it! It's in a great area too so perfect to come in, chill out and then do lunch on 7th street somewhere after. Enjoy! read more

This place is such a cool find. It was my first time doing cryotherapy and they made the process seamless and comfortable. But the CRYOFACIAL by far is the best. The cold air blows over your face and hair promoting great skin and hair growth. I was a bit skeptical but after my first time I knew I has a winner. They have a great pack that you can buy for 5 uses, that anyone with you can use! Every time I visit Fort Worth I get my fix. Also, the chlorophyll water is a nice touch too!!! read more

Wow, I love this place! I have to say that I seriously resisted the idea of a cryo- session or cryo- therapy, but this was actually fun! Can you believe it? I know, it sounds crazy - naked, in below zero cold, and it's fun? But it's true, and I had a blast and can't wait to go back! I appreciate that they're so careful about one's health conditions, and this being my first visit they explained everything to me, besides which they also have excellent education and information on their website. It wasn't scary at all! And, while I have never done The Polar Bear Jump (that's a northern thing y'all), and certainly don't EVER plan to jump into an icy lake on purpose if I can help it, I sure did enjoy standing in the cold tank. Heck, you're only in the cold tank for three minutes, and it was over before I knew it! I think my whole experience, from walk-in to walk-out, was under a half-hour, so it's not like it takes a huge chunk out of your day at all. I seriously cannot wait to go back! read more

I showed up today at 6:58 and was turned away. Closing time 7pm. Called and checked ahead. I told them I would be hauling butt to make it. (Got to work you know.) Customer service just bombed here. I drove 35 min to get told to leave. Intense back pain. This absolutely works for that. But I've found better prices. What I've noticed about most businesses is they stay open till posted close time. Then they lock the door and take care of final customers. I'm leaving 2 sessions behind here and not coming again. Why because I always get off work close to their close time, and this will probably happen again. So this is expensive...I'll pay where someone wants my business. Simple enough. read more

They tell you what to do, what to expect, and even stand in the room with you and give you REALLY good education, on whats going on, and why. Cryo has made such a huge difference in my life. I have migraines as well as arthritis and my joint pain and the frequency of my migraines has decreased significantly since doing cryo. Did not plan to do this today, but life is to short. Had a great time, staff was friendly and helpful. They explained everything you needed to know to allow you to have the best experience possible. The dressing rooms are clean and organized and supply you with all that you need, robes socks and slippers. Then in the Cryo chamber, the whole process only takes a few minutes, but what a few minutes. Nitrogen gas is blown into the chamber lowering your skin temperature ( please read the website as they have a detailed description on the process ) . Then after, into a small but nice lounge to warm up and get a quick drink. I felt so energetic afterwards and I can't wait to do this again soon. read more

My husband and I starting going to the Cryo Spa about 3 weeks ago after my trainer told me that I either need to start taking senior citizen vitamins (I'm only 44) or start doing cryo but to stop wining about my aches and pains! I had never heard of Cryo before this but I was curious so I started reading almost every article I could find online, watched dozens of videos, and of course had a great testimonial from my trainer. Still I was skeptical. After my first Cryo treatment I didn't notice much immediately, but the following morning my normally achy knees and joints did not seem to ache nearly as much and my husband who has had three surgeries on his ankle also said he noticed significant relief. We are now believers! We go to Cryo almost everyday and we both feel wonderful! Our energy levels have increased significantly and our aches and pains due to injuries have reduced significantly.
