Called and spoke with the owner & she said they're a participant on ClassPass & she said yes, totally knew what I was talking about. I called the morning of to confirm my appointment, but they had me for a different time, even though my reservation appointment was showing otherwise. I had no choice but to go with what they had, as I needed my hair done that day. They called me later & said they could squeeze me in closer to my original appointment time. Whew. I arrived & the salon is super cute with rustic farm/barnyard style. There's a nice beverage & snack station. Dominique was my stylist who did my blowout. She was nice, friendly & did the style I wanted. Would've loved a scalp massage though. But my hair lasted over a week. Lol I refused to wash my hair cuz I didn't wanna lose my hairstyle. Upon checking out, the receptionist said $50. I said I prepaid through ClassPass. She had no idea what I was talking about, but just took screenshots and everything was fine. So great customer service there. But basically right after that, they removed everything from ClassPass, which was a huge bummer. I would've come regularly if they were on ClassPass. But they're still listed on there as a participating salon. If the owner reads this, thanks for a great first visit, and I hope you'll reconsider going back on ClassPass, pretty please!!! I'm getting blowouts at other ClassPass participant salons, but if they go back on there, I'll definitely be back even though other salons are more conveniently located to me! But this place is very different , in a good way. I went to Noelle for a hair cut and style. She has 8+ years of experience. Her prices were very fair. She got all my split ends and made my hair look fresh with a bit of style. She listened when I said not too short, and has very good products as well that are affordable.
