FP always has a good selection of beers (heavily focused on Midwestern beers) and the bartenders are friendly. There is a friendly cast of regulars and the bar is frequented by the great and the good of Muncie. It also has a modest presence from Ball State on the weekends. I would recommend the pub quiz, "Smarty Pants," on offer on Tuesdays which features free beer for the winners of every round and generally pretty interesting questions (though focused heavily on "trivia" as opposed to knowledge).

There was no apology from the hostess and we let the waiting customers know unhappy we were with the service. No one should have to wait for 30 minutes for a beer at a brewery.
