Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Came in and asked for ONLY my roots. I told her I didn't have the…read moremoney for anything more. I wanted my brown completely gone. She asked about color. I said no many times. She finally said okay 130 for the roots. Finish up, she's brushing my hair out. Brown spots EVERYWHERE. I ask her to please go over the spots very nicely she acted suprised. While she was doing it, I pulled up my hair to show her more and more spots. She said it'll give it "definition" with the little spots. She lightly put some bleach on and said wait for 5 minutes. after abou 5 minutes of waiting, I looked at the back of my hair. My roots were completely yellow and brown. I told her hey this is still really brown and she got really mad. She stared complaining saying that I don't know what I'm talking about and she's the hair expert. My mom and I have done my hair for years. Never EVER has it been this bad. And my mom isn't a stylist AT ALL. And does a lot better job. She started yelling at my mom and I because I only payed her 100 because I said I refused to pay for a half done job. She started yelling and I called the cops. DO NOT GO HERE.
