If I could give zero stars I would. This man is ever inconsiderate of his customers time. I make appointments for my son, so there should be no reason I'm sitting waiting over an hour because the barber has booked clients in between my appointment time. That is very unprofessional. He has also pushed the appointment back an hour when we are already in the car driving to him. As far as his haircuts I feel like because he's rushed to get through so many people he's not cutting my son's hair to my liking. He's not blending out his fade well. Decided to give this place a try for the first time. As soon as my son and I entered we were greeted by the barbers as if we have been there before. We only waited for about 5 minutes before we were called by Nate to be next. He began to ask our names and what style my son wanted. Within about 20 minutes he was done and my son was lookin fresh. It seems like this Business only caters to a specific type of hair. The first time I tried them out they wouldn't even open their door. It was Business hours. So I have never gone into the shop due to this really stupid way of dealing with customers. and back to only catering to specific type of hair / Style. Ed and Gabe are experienced barbers and I have been cut from them both regularly. The place is easy to find a nearby Chabot College. If I am desperate for a cut and near Hayward I will usually give Ed a call. The place is not packed usually and you can get in and out typically within an hour. I normally go during off peak hours. They usually watch tv or have the radio blasting. The crowd that comes in can be sometimes sketch but none the less I have had no problems. Ed does a killer job and probably is the Top 2 of my barbers, you can read my other reviews on barbers and usually I do not review bad barbers to end their jobs (haha) Ed is great with the razor and comes out with probably the sickest cut I have had. Ed is loud and funny and will keep you entertained during the cut. If you are going for a razor fade it will run you a pretty $25. Given the cost I don't jump here as often as I would but in emergency situation I will hit my guy up. 5 stars for the best cut in the East Bay read more

I arrived early and my first impression was: - Nice building - Excellent environment - All the barbers got along and genuinely liked one another - The barbers had a nice connection with all their customers My barber was Ed. He did an excellent job. The best cut I've had since being in the Bay Area for 5 years now and having had 6 new barbers in that span of time. My typical cut is 1.5, with the grain. He took has time an tapered my hair into the stubble of my beard. He also did a nice job on my edge up without the pain of experienced from others. In the short time I was there, I was very comfortable with Ed and all the other barbers and customers. I have now found my new barber and will be going there weekly. read more

Been here a couple times now. Probably the best haircut I've had, and it's pretty cheap. Had the front right barber, and he cut it perfect. This last time, went in there to change up my hairstyle for the first time in 8 years. My girl really wanted me to change it to a "David Beckham" kind of look (usually I know exactly what I want, but this change threw me off). All I had to do was show the barber 2 pictures off of Google, and a little while later, I had the David Beckham look. Barbers take forever to cut your hair even when you make an appointment. Barbers will typically greet you and tell you it will just be a few minutes. Then they will head to the back to smoke weed for a long while before cutting your hair. Had one of the barbers mess up my hair because he was high.
