Went here last Monday only to face extreme disappointment. I was ready to get all my favorites from here and drop a cool $200.00. Instead this is the putrid menu we were given. Now keep in mind we were there for dinner, and got handed a lunch menu with shrimp and fish dinners adde. Really!!!? Who wants a wrap or burger for dinner? Not me! And check out the pirce for add ons to your burger! A dollar for mayo? Laughable. We paid for our drinks and walked out. I have been a patron of The Dam since day one and have watched it go down hill. This is the 4th time I have brought guests here and the 4th time to walk out. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Buffalo wings

Menu changed from last time I was here. That's a good thing. Was wondering if Bobby Flay was hired as the chef. Went with a group of 10 and everyone was blown away with the food. The wings were excellent! I had a flatbread that was delish. Truly a hidden gem.

First flight of Martinis!

Martinis are amazing! The selection is unbelievable- so many to try so little time! Will definitely be back!!

Blackened Perch

Discovered this place and finally made it today. The wait staff was very attentive. The beef couscous soup was delicious. I had the blackened perch which was good with delicious grilled green beans. My husband had the Cajun Chicken Pasta which he seemed to enjoy. No real complaints, maybe prices a little high for the area.

This place use to be great until they got rid of the original cook. Now it's a bland, Way overpriced shell of its original self.

Chicken wings were tasty and the Bloody Mary was a special treat! Sat on the patio and enjoyed the fresh air.

We went there for the crab legs. They were ok. Bartender/service was efficient and friendly. Ate outside, not too clean.

The service has been a bit of a mixed bag both times. While the staff is friendly, the check ins themselves are okay. This time around, the food was much better. I really enjoyed the burger I ordered, and our appetizer was great too. They also have a fantastic outdoor patio that is easily one of the best parts of the experience. My main hesitation is the price point. It feels pretty pricey for what is essentially bar and grill food. Our bill came out to over $100 for just one appetizer, two beers, one kids' meal, and two sandwiches. For that price, I'm not entirely sure it's worth it for me to come back for a full dinner a third time. That said, I would absolutely come back just to hang out on the patio for an appetizer and a beer, or hit it up if I'm using the water equipment rental next door!

The manager came over and apologized for the slow service and brought over bread and soup and mentioned that the appetizer will be taken off our bill. Shortly after we received our appetizer and then our main course. The part owner of the restaurant also came over to apologize and mentioned that the soup, bread and appetizer will be on them. After finishing our main course, we ordered a dessert. Our waiter mentioned that the dessert as well will be on them. This is truly excellent customer service!! I have never had 2 managers to apologize and to be so nice to offer complimentary items. I love Season 52 in Orland Park and will continue to frequent this restaurant. Their food is always fresh and well prepared. They focus on fresh healthy foods which I appreciate. A lot of restaurants foods are loaded with a lot of salt and unhealthy ingredients, but Season 52 is on point with their clean food. I can't wait to go back!!

Her presentation for wine, menu and desserts were excellent! We ordered filets in wine sauce, whipped potato and my favorite, asparagus. Dinner was delicious. We asked for the Manager. She too was lovely to speak with. I highly recommend Seasons 52!

This comes out in service to customers. The food still is acceptable but the failure to be nice and friendly has made the experience an abject failure. They have lost my confidence and we who go once a week are now done. No more. Consider yourself warned and buyer beware. Lots of good options in Crown Point that will provide good service. I and a few other family members were invited by my mother and by the time I walked out, I was wondering why this place wasn't packed wall‑to‑wall every night. Let's start with Monday's AYCE perch -- absolutely outstanding. Lightly breaded, perfectly seasoned, and fried just right. It's the kind of perch that makes you rethink every mediocre fish fry your uncle threw that your family tolerated. If you're a perch person, this is your new weekly ritual. Then came the walleye, WATCH OUT NOW, and honestly, my sister wasn't prepared. She said it was flaky, flavorful, and cooked with the kind of herbs & spices she recognized that said, "Yeah, we know exactly what the hell we're doing." "It's the kind of fish that makes you pause mid‑bite and appreciate life for a second." But the real surprise of the night? The bacon, mushroom, and American cheese hamburger -- unforgettable. This thing deserves its own billboard. Juicy, stacked, and unapologetically delicious. Every bite felt like a small celebration. On top of all that, the place is spotless. I mean impressively clean. Floors, tables, bar area -- everything looked like someone had just finished polishing it. You can tell the staff takes pride in the space. And speaking of the space... Yes, the building once housed a gentleman's club. But now? It's so clean, so friendly, and so well‑run that the only thing dancing is your taste buds. The only thing exotic here is how good the food is. Pivot Lounge has officially earned a spot on my "must return" list. Great food, great service, great atmosphere -- and a glow‑up story worthy of its own documentary.
