Debbie and her teachers are the best out there and they know exactly how to encourage you to do your best. They teach wonderful technique that you can't find anywhere else. I love that you can dance here no matter what age you are and they are supper affordable. They have classes for any age as long as you are willing to have fun. I feel it's important to tell a story, MY story to help convey the importance and the impact this business has had on my life. So I present here a thank you note I gave Susan and April (the owners of SFF). What I love about SFF is the different fitness levels tailored to its members, from the beginners (group classes) to more serious members (semi personal training) to experienced gym members (rooms with fully equipped machines). For beginners and on-going members who need guidance and structure with their work out, SFF offers so many different varieties of group classes from Dance, Spin, Yoga, Cardio Kickboxing, Pole Dancing to Tone and Sculpt, Weight Training to Endurance Training, etc. I currently am taking 15-17 classes weekly and that IS NOT all the classes there are! I struggle (it's a good struggle!) to take less because each class is unique with a different focus. For the asking price, it's a bargain! The instructors are motivating, supportive, and encouraging with their own styles of teaching.  The semi personal training sessions are offered throughout the day, from 5am to 6pm, 5 days per week in small groups of 4-6 members where the instructors work with individuals on different machines, focusing on correcting technique and form.  Then there is the fully equipped gym for members who want to workout by themselves. SFF has 4-5 gym units that are separated from each to give you that home gym feel with so much privacy and coziness. Better yet, you can work out 24/7 at your own pace, your own time and you can access to the gym without anyone checking you in or out. The gym is never too crowded to make you feel trapped. It feels like you have your own gym at home with the exception of driving to it.  And if you come often enough to become a regular, you might get a call from Susie to check in on you when you are absent in one of her classes. You will not find another gym that is as unique, different and supportive as SFF locally. Be ready to be motivated. Be ready to be inspired. Be ready to turn work out into a life style. Sierra Flow Fitness did all that for me and has changed my life for the better.

Proper technique is not taught and children who learn there will not have the necessary foundation to become professional ballet dancers. If what you want for your child is just exercise and fun, Juline is fine. If your child is serious about ballet, go elsewhere.

Our initial intention was to teach our children perseverance and not easily giving up in the process of learning ballet. We wanted them to stand tall and not hunch when they're on their feet. Under the dedicated guidance of Mrs. Chris for over a year, their ballet skills have made significant improvements. It's been a year since I started dancing at Arthur Murray, and I wanted to share an update. What…read morebegan as something fun and new has grown into a really rewarding hobby that I look forward to every week. Over the past year, I've expanded into new dance styles and started focusing on the finer details--like arm styling and hip movement, not just footwork. I've joined the dance team, performed in group showcases, and taken part in coaching lessons with incredible visiting instructors who've given me professional feedback to grow from. When my first instructor, Valerie, moved and transferred to another Arthur Murray studio, I wasn't sure what to expect--but I was left in great hands. Angela, my new main instructor, has been amazing at challenging me and helping me push my limits. I've also taken lessons with Alexia and Nathan, and all three have supported my growth with their unique styles and encouragement. One big milestone this year has been dancing in front of others through demos. It's helped me shake off nerves, have fun with mistakes, and just keep dancing. My confidence has grown immensely--I now step onto the dance floor excited, not anxious. I've even started receiving compliments on my leading and technique, which feels incredibly rewarding. If you're thinking about trying dance, I can't recommend Arthur Murray enough. But here's the key: don't just take a lesson or two--immerse yourself in the full experience. Plus the $65 a month and we were put to work trying to raise even more money for them. They say they needed it for the professional dancers she was hiring. Plus I had to pay for our tickets. They also told me that because my daughter has autism it's not fair to leave her to someone else backstage, that I had to be there, which means missing the show.( confused, I wanna watch my daughter, not a professional) After I realized I couldn't afford it i was trying to talk to owner (Jane) about how I'm having a difficult time with the payment if I could take a month off ( which is only 4) classes and she said that I couldn't do that I'm in or out. She wasn't even sympathetic she didn't care in the least. She would get upset if she had to repeat something, which she did often because nobody understands the whole show process. This place doesn't make you feel included as a parent, u sit there all alone. Nobody even greets u when you walk in. U just sit alone in silence.
