They illegally used our private parking as a staging area and proceeded to use the area to mulch the tree they were cutting down. After trying to talk to the crew (who denied despite video and logic), they told me to call instead. Thus I called to complain and the owner starts by using profanity saying he's driving. The job was delayed, communication was poor throughout, and my property was damaged. The crew also left the work in an unacceptable condition as a completed job before I had to request them to correct the horrible planting (see photo). What professional company would leave a job like this? What's most frustrating is that I simply requested a $250 refund (about 20% of the total cost) to cover the damage. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was put through an unnecessarily difficult process. I ultimately paid the full invoice just to move on.
