Pros - The quote Fernando gave me was fair, and he and his team did a decent job…read more Cons - If he agrees to do the job, be prepared to be ghosted or have your time wasted. He came a day later than he told me he would, without telling me ahead of time. Replaced my mulched area with gravel without telling me. He also left a giant pile of gravel on my lawn for a full day, killing a big patch of grass. I needed paver bricks laid, and he rebuilt pillars on the patio without telling me. While rebuilding the pillars, he cut the wire that was connected to light fixtures that are on top of the pillars. Fernando would not admit that he cut the wire, but I confirmed with an electrician that there is no power running to the end of those wires, so they were cut along the way. After weeks of calling Fernando and asking him to come out to take a look at the light fixtures, he either never responded or ghosted me. Stay safe and spend a little more money to have work done by people that won't damage your property and won't waste your time.

We agreed and he wrote it down as part of our quote. After being told 3 different times that he would come on a certain day or sometime that week, still we had no one come. The one time he offered to come we said we were out of town, but that they could do it anyways and he responded, "we can do when you're back. We're normally extremely busy but will find an early day open." They had no problem taking out the "paid" part of the job almost immediately, but now after 2 months of waiting for the trees to be removed, Jeremy, the owner, told us to "go buy a shovel I'm not interested in doing it." Therefore, not completing the job that was agreed upon and in writing. Jeremy is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. We were willing to pay for this from the start, which is why we contacted him in the first place. All we wanted was for the trees to be taken out and now Jeremy is sending us text messages saying "I just want to say thanks for the nice review. Do you think I'm a deceptive sales person to get your measly $600 you don't know this but I'm worth about 10 million I was going to help you dig those trees up or cut them off at the base it didn't matter to me this was to help you out for the free service. You're one review won't affect my 400 good ones take care, pal." Super professional from the owner, huh? 0/10 recommend. Go with a more reliable company.

And you know what, this year I even pre-paid for the whole year. I am very dissatisfied and yet I gave a 2 star for God knows what reason. Inspite of the treatments, and consistent requesting for some correction, my lawn on one side has been taken over by a wide blade grass from somewhere. And certain areas, it dried up. And most of the areas, there is some small leaf weed that took over the lawn like nervous system. And there are pockets of fire-ants too. I never had these problems before I used Dr. Green. When Dr. Green wanted to start service, they marketed in such a way that they are the best, they take care of everything for the price I pay, they use the best stuff and they will ensure consistently I will have a healthy, green lawn. And now finally I am at a stage where I basically lost my whole lawn after I gave it to Dr. Green. The front side is still looking OK by God's grace. I could not post any photos to show what I am talking about. But I shall try posting some pictures on other websites, along with this review, just to make sure I am not saying something wrong. And, oh by the way, recently I got a call for getting some additional services done. I don't think I want to pay another cent more to Dr. Green till my lawn is rectified and I told the same to the customer service personnel. He said he will send someone. Next day I got an automated call on Friday 10/2 morning saying that someone will come and treat my lawn weather permitting in the next 24-48 hours. No one has come so far and the weather was pretty good (no rain if that's what "weather permitting" meant.)
