He's a very sweet but somewhat tricky rescue who we struggled to put in daycare when I went back to working out the house due to his dog reactivity and separation anxiety. The daycare we had tried to go to recommended Francesca, who has proven to be a total lifesaver! She's helped us with walks, daycare, boarding, and sometimes cat care for over a year now, and she regularly helps out with training tips and spoils our puppy with trips to the pet store to pick out toys when he's at her place. First I would like to say if you feel I am implying you're not a good person, that is not true. This is by no means a personal. I just was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated as a potential client and expressing that point of view. So please understand this is all about my experience with your business and not personal at all. Having been self-employed for 30 years I certainly appreciate your need for paperwork. What bothers me is the important part, which was the application, you had four or five days before we met. The only pieces missing were the waiver and the rate sheet. And as I had expressed to you via email I had sent them before and I don't know why they didn't go through. So from my point of view you knew I had reached out to you. You knew I had sent the application because you had acknowledged receiving that 4 days prior. I had also told you that I had sent the other ones and I wasn't sure why they hadn't gone through. That and the fact that I responded telling you I could make the 1:30 appointment. I just don't understand why if you didn't get them knowing I had already told you I sent them, you couldn't just have called or texted me and let me know you didn't receive them. It would have been so simple. I also could have just handed you the waiver when you got here. I was just disappointed that with no communication at all you blew off the appointment. You knew how close it was to the time I had to leave and it just felt like you really didn't care. Especially since this was just an opportunity to meet the dog. It's not like you were taking her with a group of other dogs where the vaccinations or whatever were a big deal. But even if that was the case as I said you had had the application for four days. Anyway that was my experience. I'm sure you're a lovely person I just was not happy with the way this all happened. After rescheduling my appointment to accommodate your schedule having you just not show up with no communication just didn't feel professional at all. Just my opinion. I have attached a screenshot.
