We worked with Kim after both my parents passed away and needed to organize and sell items we were not keeping. She was flustered and rude in every interaction we had with her but had a closing date quickly approaching so we did not have time to go find another option. Her attitude was unnecessary especially given the situation we had just gone through with unexpected death of our father and selling a childhood home of 30+ years. At one point I was asked how my father passed and then cut off while I was answering....I was in shock someone could have such little sympathy as a mother as well. Many items she said 'had no value' or 'people don't want' were looked over. We later had another sale and quickly sold many of those items with very little advertising compared to her 'marketing' that did nothing. I would NOT recommend working with Kim to anyone after the experience we had. She also took items that were specifically off limits and set aside in bins and took them all out to sell. These were never meant for the sale and caused additional stress and time to repack all of them. Terrible experience and thankful we do not have another house to go through! read more

Kim is absolutely wonderful! When we moved she came and organized the kitchen and the pantry and lots of closets. The best thing we did was to have her help us as we were moving in. She introduced us to a wonderful system that is still working perfectly many years later. Stopped buy a sale last day and the lady at the door was saying negotiable. When I brought the already high priced items to her she explained why she wouldn't budge. For example, the kitchen light fixture had 6 glass globes and each one would be $5 if you had to go to the store and buy. Doesn't seem like she wants the homeowner to De-Clutter read more

If I could give this group zero stars I absolutely would. The De-Clutter Box should really learn how to run an estate sale. This sale was absolute chaos! No organization....no one seems to be able to help. Only one person seemed to know what should be going on and then you had to wait as the searched the house for her. Sheesh train your workers better. It was the last day of the sale they discounted $9 on $134 worth of items....are you kidding me??? Really you call that a discount? Then to add insult to injury they tried to change the price on one of the items I was going to purchase claiming it was a limited edition and worth way more than the price THEY marked it for. If you wanted it for yourself put it in a side room. The best thing of all they had the checkout at the door so people couldn't get in or out. Can you say trust issues. Never again will I be going to one of their sales!!! read more
